Loud music from the street started at 11 p.m. and made it impossible to sleep. Even worse, someone knocked on my friend's door twice in the middle of the night — incredibly scary, especially for a woman traveling alone

The location is excellent — it’s very close to the pyramid entrance, and there’s a beautiful terrace with a panoramic view of all three pyramids.

The view At the rooftop was amazing we coudnt have a better view than this. The breakfast is typical egyptian..palafel bread..etc.. the bed awesome! Theres a balkon overlooking at the street even see neighboots goat in their terrace. The shower not working properly. It doesnt get warm. We have to wash ourselves from lavabo t0 get warm water. Staff is very friendly. Help us take our luggage at the 3rd floor. But expect everything they do u have to tip them. We also was awake of all the norse from outside because we hear everything inside. The door at the balkon is so thin. Location is just in front of the exit gate close to the Sphinx.

Excellent communication with staff from booking the hotel throughout our stay! Lovely staff (all hotel staff, as well as guides, drivers etc). We were made welcome and felt safe; our airport transfer and 2 day trips were arranged by Omar - thank you so much, really appreciate it! :) Great location - close to the Great Pyramids, also visible from the rooftop restaurant of this hotel! And not too far from SPX airport. . Comfy beds. Mini fridge in room.

Nice hotel very close to the pyramids, just a few steps from one of the entrances to the area. Nice staff, especially the cook and the waiters. downsides: shower water was alternatingly hot/cold; prices for services (taxi or transfer, tour) were too high, like in most Egyptian hotels. Just book a Uber in Cairo to get a better rate and search online for tours.

All staff were so helpful and friendly. The breakfast was delicious. The view was spectacular. We would definitely recommend Rehana pyramids View if you are staying in Giza.

It is a busy and noisy neighbourhood, but that has nothing to do with the hotel and comes with the price of sleeping in front of the pyramids.

Perfect location, just in front of the pyramids and 2minutes walk from the main entrance to the pyramids complex. From the rooftop you get the best view of the night lights show. Good service, all very nice and eager to please us! Great value for money!

The view of the pyramids from our terrace and from the rooftop was absolutely fantastic, we could have stared at them all day. Room was comfortable and clean, we were happy to have spacious king single beds. The rooftop restaurant served delicious food. And last but not least, the staff were incredibly lovely and accomodating, really made us feel comfortable and welcome - special shout out to Mahmoud the owner , Yasmin and Youssef . We will stay here again next time we're in Egypt for sure .

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The location was perfect—close to the main attractions and easy to get around. The staff were incredibly friendly especially Yasmine and Mahmoud. Thet made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. They were always happy to assist with any questions or requests, which made my experience even better. Highly recommend for anyone looking to stay in the area!

It was well situated very close to the pyramids. The front desk exceptionally so very helpful and very friendly a big thank you to Yassmin and Mohamed . The rooms are very clean and there is an amazing rooftop with fantastic views of the pyramids were they serve breakfast which has a great selection to choose from. And also a big thank you also to Nour how was very helpful with my luggage this is my second visit to this hotel it's in a great location and I am looking forward to seeing everyone again soon thank you all for a wonderful stay

I had a great stay, the view from the top floor is amazing, they offer airport pick up if you stay 3 or more nights , we also booked a tour through them and it did not disappoint our tour guide was very friendly and had 20 years experience of been a tour guide there, Excellent location, 100 metres from the entrance to the pyramid site. Beautiful view of the Sphinx and pyramids from the room balcony and breakfast terrace. Spacious and comfortable room. Very welcoming staff.Everyone of the staff were very friendly and helpful specially the owner Mahmoud he was the best , the roof was nice with a great view and the breakfast was good and had plenty of options.I would definitely recommend!

We were a little cold during the winter season because the heating systems were not working, but they helped us by providing a small heater.

The employees were very polite and helpful, the location was very nice, the terrace was right next to the pyramids. breakfast was enjoyable.

the area surrounding the hotel has alot of beggers ( usually children) the moment you walk out everyone is trying to sell you something, this common in Egypt though so it's not the hotels fault.

location, location, location! you are right front of the pyramids, very nice view, we are so luck to picked up this hotel because it is a new place so everything is new and enjoyed with variety of facilities, and very clean rooms and bathroom and was even better than expected, staff all very helpful and welcoming. lovely breakfast on roof terrace, and it was very nice to can watch the Sound&Light show in evening from the rooftop for free daily.

The route to get to the hotel is not convenient. But the staff assured a parking spot in front of the hotel.

Friendly and openminded staff. The Teras view on the piramides is breath-taking. We would recommend this stay for everybody who wants to visit Caïro. The streets around the hotel are a bit crowded but never feel unsafe.

I liked the view from the rooftop; you can see the light show on the pyramids at night. Beds were super comfy. All the staff are very polite and hospitable. The breakfast was excellent. Will recommend this place to my friends when they visit Cairo.

I liked everything about this hotel, the staff, the restaurant, the rooftop had an amazing view, everything was clean and very convenient. The food is amazing and the breakfast is great. The property is very beautiful and well decorated. Nice view of the pyramids . Rooms were very nice and clean and the rooftop restaurant was very beautiful and great food selection.
