1- I traveled with two kids. The policy for the kids' stay was unclear, so I booked a room that accommodated two adults ( no room for one adult in the resort). When I arrived, I was asked to pay for my second child!!!. 2- it is not easy to book restaurants. What we wished to book was fully booked every day. 3- the schedule for the activities was not clear. I recommend establishing an application that has all the activities and also a reminder could be sent to the guests to remind them about the activity type and the location, as well as an electronic live map to show the guest's location and the nearest restaurant, bus station, and the bus timing. 4- Although we enjoyed the music and the shows, I recommend considering the Arab guests who played some Arabic music and showed Egyptian culture. ( the team played some Arabic music when we requested it ). 5- schedule more activities at the pool. 6- as the resort was for families with kids, I wish that the team had been more vigilant with some guests who were wearing clothes with not acceptable slogans.

The hotel had a very welcoming and friendly staff, and activities for adults and children were available everywhere and at all times. We also enjoyed the restaurants with different cuisines.

The quality of food in the buffet and the fact that you have to make a reservation every time you want to eat in any of the restaurants outside the buffet When we got there, there was bo availability in any of the restaurants except in our third day of stay!!!!

We loved the facilities and activities There is something to do for each family member adults and kids Very clean and the staff are amazing!!!

Booking ala carte restaurants is very hard. In a very crowded season it is always full. But not a big problem.

Very good resort. Every one of the staff is very nice and friendly specially ms. Sohaila. She helped us to book our reservation everyday to different restaurants. The room service and the activities are amazing. I stayed 5 days and defiantly I will come back soon. Thank you for the management who is keep taking care of the gusts.

I Like everything in this resort I spent 4 nights that went very fast. I enjoyed every moment between restaurants, entertainment, landscaping, pools, and accommodations. Staff and guests relation were very professional. Thanks to Rami duty manager and Sohilah from guest relations for their hospitality and responsive.
