Real Bookers. Real stays. Real opinions.
Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

FranceGreat Stay with a Stunning Pyramid View! The view of the pyramids from the apartment is absolutely beautiful! It was a pleasure to wake up to such a breathtaking sight. The owner was a really nice guy. He went above and beyond to help us organize our visits to Giza, Cairo, and the Nile. Everything was well planned, so we didn't have to worry about anything. The staff were incredibly friendly, especially the guys at the hotel-they were extremely helpful and always ready to assist. The breakfast options were a bit limited, but the food tasted great. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I would highly recommend staying here!

My stay at this hotel was absolutely incredible! Not only did I enjoy a breathtaking view of the pyramids from my room, but the hotel also made my trip effortless with their exceptional services. They arranged an amazing guided tour to the pyramids, complete with a knowledgeable guide who shared fascinating insights about the history and culture. It was a truly unforgettable experience! The hotel also offers convenient airport pickup and transfer services, which made my arrival and departure completely hassle-free. The driver was punctual, professional, and welcoming, setting a positive tone right from the start. The staff went above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay, and the combination of the iconic view, well-organized tours, and smooth transfers made this trip one to remember. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone planning a visit to Cairo!❤️❤️

United KingdomI booked the room (double with terrace) because of good reviews and huge discount ($460 to $30). Pictures have very small to do with reality. Rooms are very small (no place to put suitcase), and there is no terrace. Don't believe in description also. No hot tube, no restaurant, no mini bar, just a dirty mini fridge, not even toilet paper. Mini samples, some of them half used by someone. Furniture are damaged, even toilet and shower. Acdc barely works (was cold in the room, but no hot temp in Ac). Beds are not comfortable at all. TV didn't work. Very, almost no WiFi signal on the 3rd floor. On the second was better but still on and off. They were surprised when I showed them pics on booking.com and reality, saying it's too cheap. You can hear everything what is outside so I was woken up at 1 am by the staff and some tourist talking. Absolutely don't recommend. No because of the price and rooms, more because of the false information. I would pay more like 5usd per night. I have 3 points only because of the view. Better find sth else. .
Location, breakfast is OK., no clutery

AlbaniaThis hotel was everything I hoped for and more. The service was exceptional-every staff member went out of their way to ensure I had a pleasant stay. The room was beautifully designed, immaculately clean, and had plenty of space. Waking up to such a beautiful view was an absolute treat. The location was perfect for exploring the city, and I appreciated the strong and stable Wi-Fi. Highly recommend this place to anyone!

United Arab Emiratesstay in the same hotel after the trip of white desert. Pleasant experience as usual and staffs are very thoughtful. Let us stay in a free lux room to rest after we check out at 2 in the afternoon. Because our train to Aswan is leaving Giza at 11 o'clock in the evening. Again, highly recommended this hotel. Good services and super helpful.

CanadaThis hotel (to be precise it is a BB)is definitely worth for visit! At the beginning, Sameh came down to pick us up and helped us to take care of our heavy luggage. He shows his hospitality to us and we can feel that he is a good man. He also tries to recommend tours for us with really good price(although we have other plans at last, his price is really good and having a local tour guide to visit pyramids actually save you some time costs if you just travel by yourself) The room is clean and the bed is comfortable. The bathroom is really big too! Sameh tries to host a party for us and other resident (because we want to see the countdown fireworks). He tries to organise all the things for us, including food and peformance, those elements are really good! In general, rooms are good, with good views (from the rooftop is really good reviews) and the host is really nice. The road way back to hotel is a bit scary during

United KingdomthinkingThe venue, I can't call it a hotel was absolutely disgusting it hadn't been cleaned since the last guest who believe me had seriously used the toilet it was so disgusting I couldn't use it.there we used tissues and a used nappy shoved behind the bed, you couldn't close the windows it was so bad I didn't unpack and went up and down each floor of the outside lift looking for some help getting me a taxi i was sat with my luggage at 5am single female down an alley the next day I was asked if I wanted breakfast unbelievable. I showed everything in the room including a non functional fridge absolutely full of mould.once I showed them the room I said I'd been looking for someone to help and said please get me a taxi i could not believe they kept my money and had no intention to at all. All in all a terrible, vilest and filthy place I have ever stayed i was also covered in bug bites avoid at all costs. I was told the housekeeper would get what they disturbed. But no mention of me getting what I deserved. For ladies thinking of booking firstly done but secondly I felt very uncomfortable and felt very vulnerable.
