Small pool that is always crawdad with no place to sit .. and huge lagoon that is almost empty .. very small aqua (2 small slides)

The only negative thing is that there are a lot of flies in the resort but I am not even sure if there is anything they can do about that.

We went there a month ago, we were having a great time at the hotel. The food was great and the staff were very helpful and addresseed any comments or concerns we raised with a high level of professionalism. All staff members have been very nice to us and always smiling. Mr Hazem, the receptionist supervisor, has been exceptionally helpful and follows up with us regularly to make sure we are satisfied with everything. Special thanks to the room service team Mohamed Eid, Ali Khattab & Fahmy Elsayed, they were beyond expectations. Also, Mr Ahmed Abdelatif who is the food and beverage manager, was helpful and more than professional. Such a great place to enjoy our vacation! Thank you!! 🥰

It was an amazing stay from everything starts with the hospitality from reception manager Mr. Ahmed abdelhafiz & Mr. Ahmed abdallah the receptionist , food was perfect and varieties was so good thanks to Mr. Abo alabbas restaurant manager and chef Sayed and chef Ahmed Khaled and chef alaa . Also the barista at the beach bar Mr. Mohamed Hosny and Mr. Islam . Also the house keeping supervisor Mr. Mohamed Youssef . To be honest this is one of the best vacations I have ever had they are taking care of every tiny details to give the guest unforgettable experience . Definitely I will go there again

there is no sandy beach, and the animation team is not so active, and the night shows are boring.

It was a fantastic trip the staff are excellent and friendly they did thier best to make the guest happy specially Mr Mohamed Abdallh 🙏and mohamed fouad in reception check in is very fast and easy 0 waiting time Mr Aboelabass and Mr abadee Mohamed in restaurant Mohamed Mustafa and abdel rahman Italian restaurant Mr Ali Khtab assistant housekeeping manager and aboelyzed rezk the room is very clean And chief Mohamed mostafa the grill is very tasty I would like to thank all the staff 🙏

pools , lagoon and lazy river need to renovation and regular cleaning.

I liked the quietness and stillness of the hotel Regarding to the staff , all staff members are decent and friendly. As for the restaurant and food , the taste is quite good but you need more variety of food. As for housekeeping staff , they did a great job and they are very helpful. I liked the coral reef and the beach staff.

Not much, just the food was not variable, not alot of facilities around the resort, but you don't need anything outside the resort

The hotel overall, the pools are all great, the beach is not suitable for swimming but very good for snorkeling, the restaurant the food was great with good taste but not alot if varieties, and of course all the staff are friendly and welcoming and they gave me free upgrade to sea view that was exceptional

In the main restaurant the taste of food is not the best, although the variety is great, so finally you will have something good to eat. The one dinner at the Ala carte restaurant was amazing.

The staff is very friendly, helpful and always smiling. The long coral beach with a great variety of fish. The design of the rooms, reception area with many bars and sitting areas.

I am very satisfied with my stay there. I truly enjoyed my stay and I would love to go back again sometime soon. The staff is helpful and friendly and they are always around to help. The hotel is big and clean and has nice facilities, and you can enjoy your time by doing different things. You can walk around the hotel and enjoy different landscapes. I wasn't bored at all. It has a big salty water pool, nice for people who want to enjoy sea water without the need to go to the open water sea. the beach is nice but rocky, and you can swim from the pier. Water is very clear there but deep). They have another fresh water pool, and an extra pool with two aqua slides and some water activities. The restaurants are nice, you can try different restaurants during your stay with different cuisines. The rooms are nice, clean and comfortable, and everything was working perfectly.
