The lock of the window at the room that we stayed at is broken. I would’ve feel a little bit more safer and more quieter if the window lock can close properly.

I had a wonderful experience at this hotel! What really stood out to me was the incredibly friendly and welcoming staff — they truly made us feel at home. The location is also perfect, making it easy to explore the area. We were pleasantly surprised when we got upgraded from a junior suite to an executive suite, which was such a nice touch. The room itself was spacious, very comfortable, and thoughtfully designed. One of my favorite features was the vanity — it was perfect for doing my makeup and definitely a must-have for me. Highly recommend this hotel and would absolutely stay here again!

Rooms on the back side are a bit noisy because of children playing outside. Maybe better insulation is needed.

Our experience at Saray Pyramids was absolutely perfect. The hotel is beautiful and ideally located, just a stone’s throw from the pyramids. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and everything was well taken care of. A special thank you to the entire staff — professional, kind, and always ready to help with a smile. They truly made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Giza!

Minor- the food. I would have liked to see more food in the breakfast selection. There was alot but not really continental. The location is close to the pyramids and grand museum. No shops around.

The location! Although it is situated in a very busy area there was no sound in the bedrooms. Bathroom facilities- all in excellent working condition.

Booked a room that said it had a sofabed in it. Thought we were getting 2 separate sleeping options, but it didn’t. Our trip wasn’t affected, but felt a little mislead.

The hotel was very clean and in a great location. The rooftop view of the Pyramids was fantastic.

Cons: Bring earplugs and a sleep mask if you want a good night sleep. Curtains aren't blackout. The rooster living next door was easy to hear when the sun came up at 6am. And from our 5th floor room, we could easily hear the chairs being moved above us on the rooftop breakfast area.

Pros: The hotel and rooms are very clean. Staff members are very friendly. Breakfast is good. Nice views of the pyramids from the rooftop.

Hmmm kitchen service can be improved. You have to inform the reception when you order for in room dining. This is to make sure you will receive your order.

Staff

Staff were very friendly and couldnt do enough. Room 206 207 under our window were chickens ... so loud had to be moved to another room, which was better, and they did this with n worries. The rooms are spacious and very clean.

Perhaps the resturant food selection can be improved more .

Exceptional customer service by all staff members. Location is great and in close proximity of the Grand Egyptian Museum. Highlight of our stay was direct view of pyramids from our living room . As well as rooftop restaurant and breakfast area provides a panoramic view of pyramids , museum and overall Giza area. We arranged our pyramids tour guide with hotel and despite short notice , they handled everything quite well . Also worth mentioning that our pickup from airport and drop off in Cairo was also arranged by the hotel . Overall great value of the money
