Can not fault a single thing.

Perfect location, From the moment we arrived, the hotel staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Every team member we interacted with was warm, attentive, and genuinely dedicated to ensuring we had the best experience possible. The front desk staff greeted us with smiles and efficiency, check-in was seamless, Housekeeping did an impeccable job daily, keeping our room spotless and cozy. Special thanks to one of the team who gave us Egyptian chocolate, (apologies I forgot his name). and for all the team their kindness and for remembering the little details that made a big differencee. Breakfast staff were equally outstanding—friendly, professional, and always checking in to see if we needed anything, without being overbearing. It’s rare to find a team so consistently committed to hospitality at every level. Their professionalism, warmth, and attention to detail truly elevated our stay. We’ll definitely be back—and we’ll be recommending this hotel to everyone we know!

The hotel was a little difficult to find at first, tucked away down a narrow street that could be easy to miss. While the rooms looked great overall, there were a few minor cosmetic issues. The floor also felt a bit dirty, likely due to desert sand blowing in when the window was open—not uncommon for the area, but worth noting. Also note that there is no elevator -- not a major issue for most travelers, but even the first floor requires a few flights of stairs -- and breakfast is on the roof, so those struggling with steps may find it difficult.

The views of the pyramids were absolutely unbeatable—especially from the rooftop. You truly couldn’t get any closer. The rooms were beautiful and had a modern look, with just a few minor flaws like small stains or needed repairs, but nothing that detracted from the overall comfort. The air conditioning worked extremely well and cooled the room quickly, which was a welcome relief after long days out. The food was exceptional—breakfast was always fresh, delicious, and generous, and the dinner we ordered from the kitchen ended up being our favorite meal of the entire trip. The staff were consistently friendly and helpful, and we appreciated the free bottled water they provided whenever we needed it.

Getting to the hotel is difficult and you have to go down an alley that was also closed off by the police when we tried to move about on the last day.

Obviously the view is spectacular. The rooms are extremely well sized and the hotel staff were superb.

The hotel is located right in front of the pyramid! It is a very unusual experience that I actually got a awesome picture of a crescent moon and Venus over the pyramid. The staffs are extremely helpful and friendly who accommodate my requests. The rooftop restaurant is another bonus that you have the most beautiful views for breakfast. I would definitely come back.

Deluxe Double with Pyramid Pano Views & Balcony. Spacious room with small balcony. Very comfortable large bed, bedding & pillows with extra blanket. Outlets next to bedside. Minibar and safe. Excellent close up view of the pyramids! Clean, floors just swept, rugs not vacuumed, hotel sandals recommended. Space heater for cool nights- helped with 1st week in March, cold 50’s. AC. Bathroom had extendable mirror & decent lighting. Hot shower and dispensed soaps. Water bottles in room on arrival. Room is tidied daily. A filling breakfast is served on the rooftop with first rate views of the Giza Plateau and city! Airport transfer for a reasonable price. Helpful & friendly staff with easy communication. Anything needed, just ask. The neighborhood is filled with touts and beggars but safe even at night. Excellent bread bakery down the street, looks like a garage. Night noises, dogs barking, thin walls, earplugs recommended. Around the corner is the Sphinx gate entrance.

Entrance to the hotel could use a little polish to match the quality of the rest of the hotel.

The hotel has a great location, really close to the pyramids and the sphinx. Breakfast is served in the room or on the terrace with a breathtaking panoramic view of the pyramids. Staff was very helpful and super nice. The bathroom had a huge shower. Thank you for late check-out and hope to come back again :)

The area has a number of stray dogs that howled for long periods during the night.

This is not about the hotel but the area. Full of garbage and no-one cleaning it up which is quite sad given the area it is in. Our bad in terms of we though this would be a large hotel and not a small boutique hotel which shares the building with 2 other hotels - that is on us though we should have done better research

This hotel is as close to the pyramids you will get without buying an actual ticket to get inside. The room was amazing and so were the views! Loved the staff they were so helpful. Entrance to the pyramids was a short walk away.

Difficult to find. Staff seemed to change everyday. No restaurant on site. When asked the price for a return trip to nearby Grand Egyptian Museum I was quoted 50 US dollars. An uber cost a few dollars to GEM and the museum limousine back less than 10.

Quiet location, proximity to pyramids and fabulous view.

Shower water temperature kept varying between slightly hot and slightly cold, and the shower pressure wasn't great. But this was a minor issue for us. There is construction work on the foreground in between the property and the pyramid view. However, this did not obstruct the view and wasn't visible when seated on roof top.

The location is brilliant. 5 mins walk from Pyramids ticket office. The staff were amazing. No request was too much. Very polite and accommodating with quick response. Mr Md Nagy was particularly excellent and ensured our comfort was his priority. Breakfast had a few good options. There was no further payment asked beyond what we paid on Booking.com. The best bit was the sensational panoramic view of the 3 big pyramids.
