SwitzerlandThe carpet looks dirty, the bathtub really needs to be replaced, and the shower must be sealed because water leaks from the opening, leaving the bathroom flooded within minutes. The bottle of shower gel was completely empty on the day of my arrival, and I had to ask them to refill it. The toilet’s water handle was almost broken and also needed to be replaced. They even charged me for bringing breakfast to the room! I also needed to book a taxi for a pyramids tour, but the staff at the desk were unfriendly, acting as if they didn’t care whether I booked it or not, as if the business could run without addressing my concerns. On top of everything, the coffee didn’t taste good at all!
The room was big enough, and the view from the balcony was amazing. You could see the pool, with the Great Pyramids of Giza standing behind it... so wonderful. The evening live guitar music by the pool, while having a drink or eating something, was truly amazing

EgyptI was trying to get in touch with the hotel for 2 days, no answer. The staff is not friendly nor professional. By the pool we waited for the waiters forever. Food by the pool and breakfast was not good. It was too expensive for the service we got.
