We had a great time here for 4 days. The location is perfect and the facilities are great too. Guests here can also access the facilities in the adjacent resort (Sunrise Garden Beach, run by the same management), which enabled a lot of fun for us as the swimming pool there has nice water slides! Our stay was also made perfect by our great relationship manager, Nina - a huge shoutout to her! Lastly, the food was also good but the selection for vegetarians (like my wife) is very limited, but then that is the case for resorts across Egypt.

Overall, the experience made us feel like we were visiting another home. It’s hard to pinpoint any areas that need improvement because staff's were always available to help with anything we needed, and our experience was fantastic from start to finish.

The resort is ideally located, just 10 minutes from the airport and right by the beach, offering a stunning view and a serene atmosphere. The royal ambience of the resort made us feel like we were on a special getaway from the moment we arrived. One of the highlights of our stay was the personalised service we have received. From the day before we arrived until we left, we were assigned a dedicated resort member, NINA, who truly went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. It felt like a VIP experience, similar to what you would get when booking a destination wedding. Nina’s positive energy and attention to detail were unmatched—she made sure we were always informed about daily events and even surprised us with thoughtful touches along the way. Thank you, Nina, for making this trip even more special for us! The staff's throughout the resort were fantastic. Everyone greeted us with a warm smile and a friendly attitude, making us feel at home from start to finish. The evening entertainment was also top-notch, especially with HONDA and his team. They were incredibly energetic and made sure to engage the guests, encouraging everyone to join in and have fun. Honda’s enthusiasm really brought the resort to life throughout the day. We also loved the variety of dining options available. With several restaurants to choose from, we were able to enjoy different cuisines throughout our 7-night stay, which added an extra layer of excitement to our vacation.

There is no suitable playground for small children, the one there is more for teenagers and also was closed most of the time.

From our arrival everyone was very welcoming and kind, all staff members were extremely helpful. We really enjoyed eating in the A la carte restaurants, especially Asian and Spanish - great food and service. Our room was good size with daily towel art, all just felt super clean - big thank you for Mohamed( our housekeeper). Swimming pool was heated, our 2 years old really loved it. We could also use the next hotel facilities, as they had a children splash pool, also heated but kind of small size, it was very crowded . Last but not least, big thank you for Misa who was informing us about daily activities and checking on us if everything was alright.We had a lovely stay and would definitely recommend Sunrise Mamlouk Palace.

This was one of the best holidays we’ve ever had and definitely the best hotel we’ve stayed at. The service goes above and beyond to help you, serve you, and make your stay enjoyable. The à la carte restaurants are amazing, offering a great variety for your evening meal. The gym has every piece of equipment you could dream of. There are plenty of pools, including one large heated pool, the sea, lots of beach beds, and spacious rooms – what more could you ask for? We visited Cairo and Luxor, and the trips really topped off the holiday. The pyramids, tombs, and the Valley of the Kings are a must-see. The evening entertainment team was also great, with something new every night to keep visitors entertained.

The Staff, especially the entertainment staff Mischa and Tito were incredible, they made our holiday special, they were walm welcoming and very helpful and our baby loved them. The staff restaurants and bars and whole resort were so friendly and professional. This is like our 2nd home we enjoyed that much. Food was brilliant especially ala carte.di

The slogan of this hotel, "Welcome to your home" is absolutely true. We had a really great time at this hotel where we stayed with our family for seven days. First of all, I would like to thank our consultant Michaela (Misha). She was always there for us no matter what we needed. She was always smiling, helpful and with her positive energy, she was one of the main reasons why our holiday was great. The hotel is generally very professional in terms of problem solving. I have a little girl and sometimes she can be very moody and very insistent on doing what she wants. At this point, I would like to thank Julie who helped us a lot and the lady who painted the children's faces before the mini disco. I would also like to thank everyone working at the Mongolian Grill restaurant. Hady, you played a big role in our holiday being great. If you are coming to Hurghada, I definitely recommend you to choose this hotel. Everything is built on a flawless system and it is really successful. The smoothies and fresh fruit are a payed service would have liked that it was all inclusive

Our 3rt time manlouk Staff is very friendly and helpful. I love that you have unlimited excess to multiple alla cart restaurants. Mister Nabil and miss Nina from guests relation are fantastic when above and beyond to make our stay even more amazing. Zizo, kareem, Mido and the rest of the animation team are amazing. We are coming back in June to celebrate our 10 year wedding anniversary ❤️

Rooms were basic but very clean. Beds weren't the most comfortable- especially the pillows. Room keys were an issue for us and we had to change our keys around 6 times in 10 days which wasn't ideal. Animation team were amazing but some of the sales staff around the pool were a little too pushy- even when we had a ' red flag ' which is meant to stop the pestering. The boat trip company we used ( the hut was on the hotel beach) were not good. The snorkeling experience was awful and caused my daughter to have a panic attack in the middle of ocean. It was almost military with no time to actually see any fish- even the strongest of swimmers struggled to keep up and see anything. At one point my partner lost his mask and couldn't get it back on for 5 minutes as it was moving that fast with people shouting to hurry up. We were also told we would get more time than we did at Orange Bay, so I'd avoid using them again- I am unsure if they are part of the hotel but they certainly insinuated they were and when it's on the hotel beach, and they are able to come around the pools to sell the trips to guests, I would expect them to be trustworthy as they are representing the hotel.

The hotel was beautiful, and huge. The photos do not do it justice. It was clean, with all the amenities you would expect. Use of the hotel next door especially the waterslides was a bonus. Overall, we preferred the food in the Mamlouk restaurants. Rooms were clean, food in main restaurant was lovely with plenty of variety each night. Entertainment was good. The beach was lovely, and many of the hotel staff were exceptional- especially with my daughters. Most importantly for us, the hotel felt safe. We would definitely revisit.

The only not great thing that I can find was the bed and pillows, it's not bad but I feel that it could be more confortable, pillows are too high

Everything was amazing, the 8 restaurants included for the evening are all great, the staff is super friendly, you can use also all the facilities of Garden Beach that Is basically the same resort. Wifi is very fast everywhere in the hotel ~200Mb/s
