I truly enjoyed my experience at Sunrise Mamlouk Hotel. The cuisine was exceptional, and I extend my thanks to Chef Sherif. The beach was picturesque, and the accommodations were comfortable. I want to express my gratitude to Mr. Sayed and Mr. Hassan from the front office team for their assistance. I highly recommend paying a visit.

Nothing major. Rooms, especially bathrooms are bit dated and could do with a refurb, however they are clean and it did not spoil our holidays , overall a minor issue. Using the hairdryer was a bit of a pain and no english sockets, so adapter is needed but was quickly provided by room service. Had problems with beauty room service ( they don't belong to the hotel but sell their services and sales persons can be quite aggressive plus service wasn't great) but guest relation team of hotel sorted this issue for us. Thank you Mr. Nabil .

Staff is exceptional, very helpful, friendly and hardworking. Nothing seems too much to ask. Entertainment was really good. Travelled with my elderly mum and she really enjoyed it. The resort is very family friendly but not too noisy and it never feels over crowded. Beautiful gardens, nice architecture. Food is good. Wish however there were less sugary options available then it comes to drinks and deserts. Had booked a family room as this was the only option available on booking.com and moved to standard room closer to the beach, which suited us better. Reception were extremely helpful that day and so was Haman who waited patiently until we had made our final choice :)

- the sea is amazing, it’s very clean and the beach is sandy where you can easily walk up to the sea for some casual swimming, there is a very large non-swimmer area if you are in the mood for just chilling in the water. - there are two pools, family pool has a mini-aqua for kids and its where all the activities happen, i mostly stayed in the quiet pool. Both are very clean, pool bar is okay, i was looking forward for my daily hot chocolate 😄 very nice - the masterplan of the resort is good! Walking around is easy - Food in Sharhzad (Main restaurant) was surprisingly very very good, in all hotels i went to ( and i went to sunrise owned ones before) the main restaurant is where you fill yourself and the specialized ones is where the good food at, here however, it was lovely! - Mexican restaurant was very good, Chinese was average - Hotel has a nice parking area, there is some shops and a large mall close to hotel if you want to go there - wish they filled the minibar with soft drinks on daily basis, i don’t think the 50egp (retail cost for them) woulds have made any difference for the resort. - Lovely staff, always helpful always smiling

The main restaurant had local food mostly. Non- alcoholic coctails and more coffe- ice coffee options could be added to the pool bar.

Big pool very enjoyable slides for kids. Very clean. The restaurants were nice and the foid was delicious. Animation team did their best, entertaining not annoying.

From the moment of our arrival until our departure, we enjoyed the best service I have ever seen, starting from the reception department, and here I would like to specifically thank Mr. Mohamed Hassan for his warm hospitality, and I would also like to thank Mrs. Asmaa for serving restaurant reservations and creating a unique experience during our stay there, and also the room service department was outstanding. It was my first experience and certainly will not be the last

My second time at this hotel, it took me only three months to return! It was so lovely, it felt like returning home. So many of the hotel's employees recognized me, which was a wonderful experience. The hotel has everything one needs for a wonderful relaxing time, the more one spends time there, the better even it gets. Sayed Rizk at the front desk and his supervisor Mr. Mohamed were outstandingly kind and cooperative, as was their colleague Mohamed Ali Ibrahim. They made everything possible in the kindest and most professional way! I would also like to mention the staff at the main restaurant Sharzad, they read any wish from your lips! Lastly, I would like to mention Mr. Mohamed, the member of the cleaning staff on the third floor of building 31, so clean, kind and professional at all times. I can only recommend again to everyone to book this hotel!

The food was really good- number of choices and great seafood!!! It was great being able to use both hotels facilities - and even eat in the restaurants- in Mamlouk and Garden Beach. Also- use territory of Crystal hotel.

The rooms furniture and the bathroom are dated.

We stayed in Mamlouk Palace Resort for a week and we had egg and milk allergy, plus I am vegan - they have looked after us stupendously! I must say the head chef was very impressive, as well as Mamdouh who brought us some vegetable soups and desserts making our stay one to remember! A. El Rahman, Osama and restaurant manager Mohamed all deserve a round of applause for their dedication and commitment to the guests! Our housekeeper was the best! The cleanliness, attention to detail and all the small touches, towel work, made our stay very special! The beach is windy and the sea life is not that impressive but the hotel and it’s amenities makes you want to come back (probably mid April is better than mid March). We stayed in room 29202. It is very well positioned, you can watch each sunrise from here ;) We also liked the fact that the hotels are intertwined and you could use the water park from the other hotel as well as eat in the italian restaurant. Unfortunately we couldn’t try Freda, but we recommend trying the Indian restaurant, we eat there the most and the stuff and chefs are really great and the food is tasty too!
