Staff is amazing, the heated pool was a real treat, their all inclusive policy is a model for the word, anything we asked for was there immediately. staff were amazing specially Abdalla & Aya from the front desk. Asser from the entertainment team was very friendly that we never felt bored.

The day before we arrive Mr. Abdallah from the reception called to pic and assign our room. starting from receptionist Aya who was very helpful in all aspects. the entertainment team were over the top especially Asser who was very nice and helpful always asking if we have any kind of wish so he can make it happen.

The resort is huge. The facilities are endless. But the true power of Mamlouk comes from the people that run it. From top, the general manager Mr Alla Mahmoud and his welcome, to bottom, the house keeping and our friend Mohammed that did an amazing job keeping our suite tidy, a tireless team works like a Swiss watch to keep guests satisfied. 24 hours a day you receive smiles. An amazing animation team. Kids happy, parents happier. However, what did our vacation perfect comes from the food and beverage team. Yes the food and the restaurants are great (the main restaurant and the many a la carte ones). And the name behind them is Ali Ahmed the fnb manager and his assistants. Thank you Mr Ali for all the help with all the a la carte. Thank you for your kindness and for giving us the true shiny face of the people of Egypt. When you arrive at Mamlouk they say "welcome home". Home it is and home we shall return in the nearest possible future. Thank you all.

well there isn’t anything not to like about this amazing hotel staff food location . it was our 3rd time back there and again next April .. the Ali cart restaurant were so lovely the Indian was amazing food like you would never taste .

Small things: disposable plastic glasses at the bars, the sweets at the restaurants are below the Hotel's standards, there should be fresh fruit or smoothie bar. The temperature of the pools was a bit cold, they heated them only on the last day of our stay.

The beds were comfortable, huge range of SAT TV channels, and good restaurants (á la carte ones as well). The food was amazing except for some buffets. The staff was helpful 10/10, they could solve all our issues (air conditioning, drain smell) in minutes. There were excellent program offers in the Hotel (snorkeling, horse/camel riding, quad tours), we had most of them and they were all OK! The shisha tent at the beach is a good place for relaxing.

I would almost say everything was perfect. I enjoyed a relaxing vacation with family. The pool and beach were great. The staff was friendly and helpful specially all the people at the reception also Moustafa at main restaurant. Food and drinks was really nice and almost everything available. I highly recommend it.

Only thing it could be improved would be some minor remarks about maintenance like some lightning not having covers or some slopes for child trolleys maybe were too steep. But nothing important

I would say almost everything but specially remarkable the food from the main restaurant, which although being buffet service, it was really good and with everything available. The second thing remarkable was the people from the hotel, always keen to help and doing their best for making you feel like a king. Specially people at the recepception. They helped me to sort out many problems during my stay. 10 out of 10

The website to book the restaurants is not user friendly and doesnt work most of the times.

Staff was particularly friendly and welcoming, especially Mohamed who was cleaning our room. There were a lot of activities to do so we never got bored. The food was also good in the buffet, and we had the possibility to eat in different restaurants during the stay. The hotel seemed to be very well organised as well and the staff very professional.

Its not the first time for me here , i love the place but this time there were many issues, the door was broken and i had to call the reception many times during my stay i had to wait in front if the door for long time , and the door wasn't fixed even after i checked out, the room ceiling was leaking , the sink was clogged, i wasted many hours trying to solve these problems . We couldn’t have wished for more with every bit of experience incredible! Staying in Mamlouk has been magnificent. I enjoyed every second of the luxury and the sights around me shone through. There is room of improvement regarding renovating the rooms and the facilities. Some nights I felt the staff are overwhelmed due to high occupancy rate which negatively affect the service provided to the guest.

The beach is sandy and nice. The shows were great and entertaining I would like to thank Mr Aly F&B Manager and Mr asser from the animation team for their dedicated efforts to satisfy the guests including myself
