AustraliaThe shower flooded, tv didn’t work, safe didn’t work, wifi only worked intermittently, staff and friends and a child in our room sitting on our beds talking. Night staff sleeping in lounges in reception. Our travelling colleagues had the same experience. They made us pay upfront on day one so we couldn’t get our money back. We moved hotels for the final night.

SpainThe room wasn’t clean. The bed sheets had not been changed from the previous guests—you could see lots of hair and stains on them. The toilet wasn’t clean at all, and there was hair in the shower, as if someone had shaved and cleaned their razor against the wall, leaving hair remnants behind. When we arrived, the hotel smelled like cat feces. To clarify, this isn’t entirely the hotel’s fault, as the area itself has a strong smell of camel manure and urine due to the camel and horse rental operations located right in front of the hotel, which serve visitors to the pyramids. Aside from the view of the pyramids, the area isn’t very appealing. I paid for a “superior” queen room, but the value for money is not worth it.

Balcony seat cushions do not have cover and cushions are dirty and with black stains you can't even enjoy staying there nor seat there to enjoy sunset and sunrise. One of the reason why I book this room because of it. The curtains is missing some pannels can't cover the whole glass window. Toilet is not well cleaned yellow stains on the wall and floor. They check us in the room that was not cleaned properly. You can hear noise from the restaurant above us pulling of chairs and tables.
We love the amazing view from our room.

GreeceFrom the first day we have a problem with the pick up from the airport. They text us 30$ then they change it they said free and then they asked for 15$. Amr is the most tricky person I ever met ! He is a 24 years old boy that said he is the assistant manager . He change his word all the time and put the blame to the others . He charged us 18 € extra and after I mentioned , he give us back only 16€. To apologise he gave us a free restaurant lunch but at the end then they asked us to pay !!!! Unbelievable. We booked the royal suite and the room was a mess ! So dirty ! No clean towels , hair on the floor , door broken , bath doesn’t have hot water , no roll paper , no shampoo, bin without cover ! We asked to fix all that mess and nothing changed ! Always late in everything! Midnight messages from Amr , always was so flirty and in the reality nothing works well . Unprofessional flirty stuff . Everyone is under 25 there and none takes the responsibility. We speak in the boss and he doesn’t care about our “nightmare staying” , he doesn’t change anything . He watched football match ! At the end when we go to do a check out , they overcharge us for the meals that Amr said it’s for free and Mira that she was in reception tries to call the boss and none answers of course ! She put as to pay again ! Be careful don’t trust anyone in this hotel ! All they smile to earn money from you ! Never again back ! We gave a huge amount of money for this treatment . It was a cheat and a fraud from the first till the last minute!

This was the best hotel we tried in 10 days in egypt We stayed for the first two nights and we ended up staying again the last night. The staff is simply amazing! Islam was incredibly helpful he helped us in every way possible and always with a smile. Shad and Mira were super smiley and always ready to help. The rooms were clean and they give you free water whenever you like which is very uncommon in other hotels. The rooftop is stunning! Umbelievable view in front of the pyramids we just loved everything!
