Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

TurkeyLocation & Accessibility The View Delta Hotel is located in Giza, about a 10-minute walk from the Pyramids. Unlike hotels right next to the pyramids, this one is on a main avenue with more markets and local shops nearby, which adds to its convenience. Hotel Setup & Restaurant The hotel occupies the top floor of a multi-story building and features a restaurant with an open terrace offering a real, unedited view of the Pyramids. Unlike many other places that use photoshopped images on their booking pages, I can confirm the views here are 100% real. Tourist Pricing & Dining Since Giza is heavily tourist-driven, most places prefer payments in USD or Euros. The hotel’s restaurant also lists its prices in USD, but they are reasonable. * Breakfast: Included in the stay, served buffet-style. While not an extravagant hotel breakfast, it was satisfying with options like tomatoes, cucumbers, Egyptian pita, bread, fava bean dishes, and potatoes. * The best part? Enjoying breakfast on the terrace with a stunning view of the Pyramids. Room Quality & Comfort During our two-week trip across Egypt, this hotel had the best room standards among the six places we stayed at within a similar price range. * The hotel is newly renovated, and we had a spacious room with one single bed and one double bed, perfect for three friends. * We had a minor issue with the TV remote, but the staff quickly resolved it. * The only downside: poor ventilation. The bathroom stayed humid, and one of us slipped and fell due to the moisture. Thankfully, no serious injuries, but this was a downside to note. Extra Services & Hospitality * After checking out, we left our luggage at the hotel for free until our evening bus. * When we returned, we still had time before our departure, and they let us relax in the restaurant for a few more hours, which was a nice touch.

Australiathere's some road noise in this area, so pack earplugs :)
The View Delta is a sanctuary in Giza with some of the kindest and most accommodating staff you’ll ever meet! Mario and Sama truly went above and beyond for us, helping us purchase train tickets when the online system went down, spending an hour on the phone with us when our cab driver got lost in Cairo, and storing our suitcases for two weeks until we returned to stay with them again! The street is pretty hectic, but the rooms themselves are clean, comfortable, and very spacious. Like most hotels in the area, the standout feature is the terrace, offering breathtaking views of the pyramids. Value for money, this is a FANTASTIC hotel and we highly recommend it!!

New Zealandas a full time wheelchair user, there were about 10 steps to get into the hotel to the lift, and another full flight of stairs to the rooftop restaurant, which took my independence away !! the staff where happy to carry me up and down but this put me at risk of falling down stairs which i really didn't like.

Great hotel in Giza. We had a large family room with very comfortable beds. Great WiFi. The owner also had someone pick us up from the airport which is 1 hour away in the traffic. Much appreciated.

IndiaI had the most amazing time at The View Delta Hotel. As a solo traveler, I felt extremely safe and cared of. I made a booking just few hours before reaching but everything was beautifully coordinated. Despite reaching the property at 1 am, they made no qualms. The rooms are really neat and clean, and there’s a stunning view of the pyramids from the restaurant. Sama, who I started fondly sky, was really helpful in showing me places to go to, how to best optimize my short stay. MR/Maro, the manager, helped coordinate my pick up and also showed me to nearby markets! Shaaban, waited a long time for me at the airport and was the first Egyptian I interacted. An absolute gem of a person, he drove me back late at night and made me feel very safe. Moustafa, the chef helped me to amazing food and saif served me with such kindness! 10/10 recommend.
