I am writing on behalf of my parents and family who stayed in this wonderful place for 5 nights. They have really enjoyed the stay and cannot stop praising the owner (Mr Ibrahim) for his amazing hospitality. Amazing breakfast, top notch customer service and everything was just wonderful. Well done!

The owner Ibrahim is very friendly and kind. He is a man of belief and treats his guests and his staff very well. He is also very informative and provided us with valuable information about our visits. The room is spacious and clean, the beds are comfortable, and oh yes, the shower is the most comfortable--it's even better than the one I have in my house! I could see the Pyramids from my window. The breakfast was very good, too. One day we were in Cairo at the train station debating whether we should buy the train tickets to go to Alexandria, when I thought I should consult Ibrahim, and sure enough he agreed to send us a car and driver to take us the next day. It turned out to be a very good decision!

I do recommend anyone plans to visit Egypt to choose this hotel , the most important about this place is the honest and friendly atmosphere and hospitality, try to ask them about anything you need and sit down and watch them try’s to help as much as they can all what they need is our satisfaction and happiness so please don’t waste your time looking for a hotel to book with pyramids view rooms. They has plenty of rooms and trusted as well if you want to be in safe hands trust me you should trust them. You ll have extra friendly family as well in Egypt cuz of them I’m so happy I stayed there and I’m definitely ll come back again see you soon guys.

The Host Ibrahim is very responsive and cooperative and willing to help for anything. Staff are very helpful as well. Room was neat and clean and good enough for a small family. Highly recommended.

The breakfast is wonderful and has a beautiful view of the pyramids. The location is close to the pyramids. The rooms were clean, smelled wonderful, and had a good view of the pyramids.

My stay at Topaz Pyramids View Inn was nothing short of spectacular. The hotel's elegant design, combined with its top-notch amenities, made for a truly relaxing and enjoyable experience. The stuff speaks english the owner ibrahim helped us and arranged for us tour to the pyramids and the Grand Egyptian museum the price by the way was reasonable and we have really enjoyed thanks ibrahim for your help we definitely ll come back again as soon as possible

Never go to Egypt anymore. They are scammers! Even in the hotel

Road noise terrible over night even with ear buds (paid extra for room at front with view of pyramids but get a room at the back instead), hotel has no 'topaz' signage at front which led to a lot of confusion upon arrival
