Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

IndiaNothing in specific as such. The property is centrally located and you can book Uber/InDriver quite easily.
The place looks like a renovated hotel now which is very clean. We were given a room which is well equipped. The property is located in a central location nearby to the Giza pyramid complex which is a walkable distance away. From the rooftop one can even see the pyramid. Staff was quite friendly and cooperative. There is a lawn where you can sit and spend some good time.

Ireland1.Noise from the street. It’s impossible to sleep even with windows closed. The hotel is at the busiest road. You need earplugs. 2.I stayed in the room number 9. There was no kettle in the room to make a tea or coffee. There was just a big bottle container which can boil the water, but there was no coffee, no tea bags or sugar in the room either. Just two paper cups.
1. Very Fast Internet Connection, no matter where in the building you are. Once I was explained I can use the same password for all Wifi in the building, you are never stuck. 2. A staff member, who’s name is Amr. He was very friendly and tried his best to find out in what areas the hotel can improve. He has a nice, happy attitude. 3. A staff member, who carried my suitcase to the room. He was very nice. He doesnt speak English, but has a gentle and polite attitude to guests. And he showed me a few things about the room to make it easy for me. 4. Roof top has a quite nice view on the pyramids.

United KingdomIt was greeted from arriving to the front entrance doors to your room and no matter where you went in the hotel the staff greeted you and treat you with respect. You couldn’t fault any of the staff. The latest chef that does my breakfast in the morning and the way to that was on with her was very good and for the amount of breakfast and different things you get is excellent for the money you pay
It made a change to going into a hotel that has the big bottle water machine facilities

Hungary-
The location of the hotel is perfect. The area of the pyramids is easily acessible on foot too. The room is very clean, comfortable and enough big for 2 adult and 1 child. Our 3 years old son played safty in the small grassy garden, which seapreted from the street by gate and fence. The breakfast is delicious. The view from the roof terrace is wonderful. Staff is very kind and helpfully. I recommened.

PortugalOh, wow! The hotel is situated in the best area of Giza for tourists. It’s close to small shops and just a short distance from the pyramids. Speaking of the pyramids... the hotel boasts two balconies where guests can enjoy shisha, food, and drinks, all while admiring a direct view of the pyramids. You can see all three pyramids – an incredible sight both during the day and at night. On our final evening, we stayed on the upper terrace, which offered a stunning view of the pyramids. From there, you can watch the hustle and bustle of life in Giza on one side and marvel at the majestic pyramids on the other. What we loved most was the staff – truly all of them. From the receptionists to the gardeners and the bar staff in the evenings, everyone was incredibly attentive and welcoming. We stayed on the second floor, and even though it wasn’t necessary, the staff went out of their way to clean it specifically for us. Always so thoughtful! We had a minor issue with the bathroom, which they resolved immediately. On checkout, we left something in the room, and they kindly brought it out to us. In the end, they even allowed us to leave our luggage there until it was time to head to the airport. It was a wonderful experience, and we wholeheartedly recommend it. A huge thank you to all the staff!
