The hotel is located across the street from the piramids , the entrance to the piramids is across the street, the photos are real , the staff is polite and helpfull , on top of the hotel is a restaurant from where you can dine and see the piramids. There are shops nearby , the rooms are clean

Garden view room is not looking to the garden or the pyramids it should be considered while booking. The shower needs an enclosure the water gets out.

The location was very good, you could see the pyramids while having breakfast. The staff was very sweet and friendly. The room was clean. We got what we paid for.

The smell of cigarettes in the bathroom, menu in the restaurant was very limited, many positions were not available. AC blows right on you when you are sleeping, I (personally) don’t like it.

The great view on pyramids (specific rooms and rooftop), nice and friendly staff, pick-up and drop-off transfer (a bit overpriced, but comfortable, no regrets), tours can be organized right in the hotel.

Probably one of few hotels in this region with that amazing views of pyramids . Locations is just perfect . Very helpful staff and they have good drivers , felt safe . Thanks Mahmoud for showing around some nice places .

Staffs are good and supportive. Few names to mention like tour guide Taha and Mahmoud was amazing and similar for Esra on the restaurant. Location is too good. Highly recommended

Beds and pillows were a bit hard for us, but with a full days of touring around the amazing sites in Cairo, this was a minimal issue.

Location was amazing. Your balcony overlooks the pyramids. Breakfast included and the price for the location was on point. We stayed for a day or two, then came back and stayed in the same location a few days later. Restaurants all around you can walk to, to eat tasty food.

Beautiful hotel for 4 stars and the view is just amazing. So close to the pyramids and to have lunch looking over the pyramids is just something else. BUT! The waitress Esraa was beyond our expectations! She took our order for all 12 people everybody wanting something different and she even called a pharmacy for us and we had our medicine delivered in our room. She coped with all of us so well. And everybody working today was wonderful chief Azza, help chief Samaj ,Ahmed and Fayza Thank you all of you! We are very pleased with the stay.

I would mention our bathroom as the only negative, where unfortunately the drainage was problematic.

We were very satisfied with the staff. Without exception, everyone was very kind and helpful. Unfortunately, there was a slight delay with the hotel's transfer upon our arrival, but this was quickly made up for, they apologized frequently and therefore asked for less for the transport. We asked for a 1-day ride to Alexandria, which we were completely satisfied with. Food was very tasty. You should definitely try the potato kofta, which is served with a very unique spice. I got the recipe. Once again, I would like to welcome the restaurant staff, who were very kind throughout. Azza, Samar, Ahmed & Esraa, nice to meet you and thank you for your kindness! Regardless, I recommend the hotel to everyone, because you can't get enough of the restaurant's panorama. :)

The room was very dusty, I think it comes from the outside area, from the sand cause you stay next to the pyramids. And the breakfast could have more opportunities to choose.

The location of the hotel are a big 10! Only 10 min away from the pyramids by walk. The stuff is so adorable! I recommend it for sure!
