Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

United KingdomThe room was clean and comfortable, and the view from the little balcony was amazing. The breakfast on the terrace was a nice bonus, with a good selection to choose from. The staff were all very friendly, especially Ahmed who was always at the front desk to help with any requests, and also recommendations for the best food. If I ever come back to Giza I will definitely stay here again.

Singapore- shower takes a long time to drain so bathroom floor floods easily - at night it sounded like there was a rave happening below once the sound and light show finished that lasted well into the morning hours so bring earplugs if you’re a light sleeper
- Ahmed was exceptionally welcoming - the views! There are a lot of hotels that advertise pyramid views but this building is in the closest row so it’s completely unobstructed from both the balcony and rooftop - you can hear and see a lot of the sound and light show for free from the rooftop - breakfast is huge with breads, eggs, yoghurt, cheese, salad, falafel, and foul

It was truly an unforgettable experience. A special thanks to Haitham for generously upgrading one of our rooms, which made our stay even more comfortable and enjoyable. I’d also like to commend Mahmoud and Youssef for their excellent service throughout our stay. They were always attentive, friendly, and eager to ensure we had everything we needed. The hotel’s location is unbeatable—waking up to a close-up view of the Pyramids of Giza. The rooftop terrace, with its panoramic views of the pyramids, is the perfect spot to relax, take photos especially the sunset. Our rooms were clean, spacious, comfy and had reliable Wi-Fi. The breakfast served each morning was fresh and delicious, and enjoying it with a breathtaking view of the pyramids. If you’re visiting Giza, I highly recommend Yamour Pyramids View for its excellent location, warm hospitality, and outstanding staff. Thanks again to Haitham, Mahmoud, and Youssef for making our stay so memorable. I’d gladly return on my next trip!

TurkeyThe hotel begins from 3rd floor and no elevators. Not good for older ages people.
The pyramids view is the wonderful. It is unimaginable. Hotel is old building. Beds are not very comfortable but not so bad, doable. Bathrooms are renovated, clean and good. Sheets and towels are new and clean. Breakfast is good but the best is the view.

ItalyNothing, it was a great stay
The stay was great. The hotel manager waited for us very late in the evening as our flight was at night and welcomed us with a fresh delicious juice and a tour of the property and terrace with view on the pyramids. The room was nice and comfortable. The breakfast was fantastic, lots of good food and great view of the pyramids even better than the photos. I highly recommend this hotel.

ItalyEverything was perfect. The hotel has got probably the best terrace in Giza, you cannot be disappointed. You will have a delicious breakfast in the greatest spot ever. The rooms are cozy and clean. The entire staff was professional and super friendly, always willing to help. We took an activity with them at an excellent price and they took care of us from the beginning to the end. They even offered me a cake for my birthday! I strongly recommend, one thousand stars, thanks

ItalyI would say that we ended up paying a couple of dollars extra (no more than that) in relation to what Booking indicated. But I don't blame the hotel for this. I see this more as a problem on how Booking manages the online payment of the reservations, not including the tourist taxes. In that sense, when you book through Agoda everything is clearer, it's a fixed price and you don't have to pay anything extra when you get to the hotel.
The building in which the hotel is located is actually on the front line view of the pyramids. It's quite unbeatable. We asked for the balcony room and the pyramids were directly there. From the bed facing the window you can see the Khéphren when you wake up. This situation is repeated on the roof terrace for breakfast. They were really helpful. We arrived very late (after 2:00 am in the morning) and they were waiting for us. Even at that time they wanted to show us the upper terrace and the view of the pyramids. They are proud of their hotel.

The view from the terrace and our bedroom was truly spectacular. There were no buildings between our balcony and the pyramids. It was amazing to wake up, look out the window and see all three pyramids. We booked tours through them, and it was convenient. The food was perfect and everyone was very nice. Poma was amazing and made our stay safe and fun.

The hotel had amazing view of the pyramids from our room and in the rooftop. The owners and staff were amazing. Very accommodating; they helped us with everything we need and every request was handled politely and positively. Additionally, the homemade breakfast food provided an authentic and delightful experience. We also booked our activities through them which made our whole trip was hassle-free. Overall, it was a great Cairo first-timer experience, we would definitely stay here again next time
