The vertical distances between the superposed beds is a bit tight.

The kitchen was in a separate building although they did point out that a second kitchen is being built in the building I was staying. It would have been better to provide tissue paper in the shower room with the sink because everytime you use the toilet you have to go to the shower room for washing hands without tissue paper.

It was a little bit cold due to the air conditioner. There were a broken locker and a transparent door in the shower, not critical but not very nice.

Everything was good. There was a private bathroom in the room, it was quiet and clean.

Need to pay or bring your own lock for using the locker. I don't want to pay also I didn't have my own lock, but I stayed only 1 night, otherwise I would feel unsecured or need extra unnecessary expend for a new lock either pay or buy one.

It might be noisy in the restaurant downstairs, but they inform you about it before booking, so it is fair. I spent a lot of time figuring out how to connect to WIFI. I kept being forced to login over and over again. Eventually, I gave up and switched to the internet provided by my cell phone service carrier. In the majority of hostels WIFI works out of the box, without any registration, filling forms, logging, proxies, etc.

The hostel is also a bar/restaurant so it gets kinda noisy outside at night.

The location and access to everything in the city is great. Also, the hostel itself is quite pretty. They offered breakfast and it was very good. The staff is friendly and helpful.

The hostel charges you if you want to have your luggage stored before check in time and my room was not ready after check in time, so I had to wait for a bit in the lobby.

The room is great and spacious. The bed was comfortable, it had curtain for privacy and plugs to charge the phone. Staff was really friendly and help me with information on how to get to Alhambra and to get to the bus station during dawn. The hostel is close to the city center, but you need to get a bus or a taxi to get to Alhambra, I would not recommend doing it by foot. It has the option for breakfast.

I had to wait an hour to be checked in because there was no staff. I would’ve been stuck outside the hostel had a guest not walked out. I know some guests had to wait in the lobby for three hours because the staff was absent. The guy who eventually came was nice and helpful, but still, never had that before.

The property was hidden away and quite difficult to find. Thankfully I had read this on previous reviews so I used googlemaps very carefully and eventually found it however when I rang the door bell no one answered! Eventually another guest left so I entered and walked through the bar area where the staff were. So note there is another entrance around the corner for the bar if no one is at reception. Breakfast is served quite late so unfortunately I missed my pre-paid breakfast on the day I went to visit Alhambra as I had booked 8:30am tickets. Would be helpful for breakfast time to be noted on the booking page. I was advised that they would put in a refund for that day but I haven’t received one. It’s only a few euros but still little annoying. The last thing I will mention are that the beds are metal so a little creeky and the lockers bang if not being very careful with them.

The dorm beds were a good price plus female only dorm available. The location was fairly close to touristic centre of Granada. Modern hostel with nice breakfast.

Breakfast was okay but not as diverse as I expected for the price. Although what was available was good.

Staff was really lovely and extremely helpful!! They all tried to respond to my requests as best they could, and with the smile! They also introduced me to other resident of the hotel which was really appreciated as a solo traveller!

The staff were not really welcoming. The didn't tell me anything about Granada, even when I asked about it. The bathroom in the room was a bit weird because the toilet was open (so just one person could be in) and there were two showers but one without door and one with a door that didn't really close The breakfast was fine but wouldnt pay 7 euros for it

The beds were really nice, I slept amazing the nights I was there. The hostel is not social so if that is what you are looking for don't take this one No kitchen Just for sleeping it was a good hostel. If you expect more, go somewhere else

It was a bit noisy though and one could hear the noise coming from the bar which is on the ground floor (and my room was on the second). I did not interact with the staff a lot (and with the other girls from my room unfortunately) so I can't really tell if they were friendly or not. The one thing I didn't like is that they don't give you a towel and you have to ask for it at the check-in and pay 2 Euros (which was not very convenient when nobody tells you this and you arrive late and the reception is closed).

I really liked the location of the hostel. It is very well located and you can reach the main attractions by walking. The beds are comfortable although it's a bit tricky getting on the top of them and the AC worked well.
