Very noisy, especially on weekends. The room is not soundproof so you have listen to loud live music when trying to fall asleep. The bunk bed doesn‘t have ladder and is dirty. The wifi connection in the bedroom is poor. The receptionist was very unfriendly. They also charge when you want to leave your baggage.

Very loud early morning and late evening. If you want rest and sleep after active day you just can`t. Saturday after 10pm they had loud live music in bar just next to reception. No chance for sleep.

The room wasn't that clean, there were weird spots on my linen. The staff were nice, but not very helpful in case of a problem and not very knowledgable on the sights in Granada and I felt like they are mostly focusing on their bar and restaurant. The kitchen is not very clean, there is only one plate and it has very bad opening hours. There is also a very bad wifi in the hostel.

The hostel is right in the center. There are shops nearby. Each bed has its own socket, small shelf amd a locker under the bed. In the bathroom there are two showers. Quite at night

Comfortable bed in dorm room, but not too crowded. I had to leave before breakfast hour, but they kindly ler me eat, so I could make the Alhambra. It was perfect.

It would be nice if there would be two towels (one big and one small one) for renting. And the staff at the reception made us feel annoyed sometimes if you asked questions.

the best hostel I stayed in, I was in a 6-bed women's dormitory, clean and functional and very safe.The staff polite and helpful. the location is excellent. I was very pleased. the only thing that saddened me was that I couldn't find tickets for the Alhambra (which is not related to 4Uhostel.) I will come again to this wonderful city and of course I will stay at 4hoste

I rented an apartment - there was no cutilary, cups, and the coffee machine didn't work, plus there was a bit of a smell when I was there. Not sure was it the plumbing or something else.

You have to buy a lock, towel, and the upper bunk beds do not have a proper ladder for climbing. I stayed there on a Friday night, and there were very loud people downstairs at the hostel restaurant, it was difficult to sleep.

Newly refurbished in period building in the center of Granada. Comfy beds with privacy curtains with shared kitchen and nice communal area.

The bald male receptionist and the blond female receptionist are not friendly as hotel staff. They were not helpful when asking about information.

The dormitories are well-maintained and clean. Encarni is a great housekeeper and does a great job maintaining the rooms. The guests at this hostel are also respectful and quiet.

I like everything, just took me some time to find location (its in the small street). As I said, nothing bad, just my maps not working.

Location is in city center and everything that you want to see, you can see just by walking to the place.

They closed check in between 2.30pm and 7pm without mentioning online. It messed up my whole day having to carry my bag around with me. So it was a disappointment but other than that it was very nice.

The accommodation was super good, clean and good atmosphere. Good value.

As the hostel is located above a restaurant and bar the nightlife was disturbing the sleep.

The arrangement of furniture and lobby, sky bar and common areas didn't seem to encourage any sort of hostelling experience, as in getting together with people or just chilling on your own. They seemed a bit awkward and uncomfortable. Also, if the 6-beds dorm have two showers, what's the point of them having full see-through doors? It makes them unpractical and with no intimacy.

I liked its overall neatness and quietness.

The upper bed in the room didn’t have a stair to climb it so it was kinda tricky to get into the bed without making too much noise.

This was the first hostel I’ve been in my life and for sure I know it couldn’t have been a better experience. Everything was clean, room was spacious. I enjoyed my stay specially because of Esperanza, she’s one of the most gentle people of Granada. Thanks

It was freezing, had no thick blankets for sleeping and I got sick because of how cold it would get at night. Shower always overflowed. There is no kitchen, only a microwave and a fridge, you can ask for kitchenware at the bar, but there is really no place to normally make anything.

Good location, private (with curtains) and out of 6 beds only 3 were occupied so it was quite, felt like the room was for myself. Really cheap.

Everything was perfect! The staff has been really kind, since I arrived early for my check-in and they changed my accomodation, that was not ready yet, with another one already cleaned. Beds in the dorm have curtains in order to ensure more privacy. The structure is clean and extremely nice. Good breakfast! I would have loved to stay more days.
