The lady at the reception was super unfriendly telling us that it is mandatory by the law to indicate an email address. Furthermore, she didn't help finding a suitable parking etc. My more then 80 year old mother was not offered any assistance etc.

We selected the hotel because it had parking at the hotel, we requested a parking space when we booked with booking.com, only to be told that there were no parking spaces available via booking.com. But when we arrived at the hotel they informed us that they had parking spaces available, but we had already booked parking elsewhere in a private car park, not amused,

My room at the back overlooked a school yard which was noisy. Shower head was really old and I should have said so at the start of the stay. They said they would deal with it when I told them at check out ...room 211. Restaurant menu on line did not reflect the correct opening hours so I never tried it.

Very comfortable beds, good location..5 mins walk from La Paz tram stop which goes to the main bus station and La Trinidad site of a Unesco world heritage town so great for getting around. Great breakfast worth the 12 euros. Beautiful area with the most amazing park next door....don't miss it. Easy 10 minute walk into the town centre. Lots of different lights to choose from in the room and great bedside lights you could read by..very well lit

the restaurant design could need a refresh

Very professional staff! Natalia from the reception, with her smile and good vibe was very helpful in all the situations! I would like to mention chef Ivan , always very receptive to the customers, he was very welcoming every night at dinner in his restaurant and his team as well! The quality of the food he creates is gourmet and very, very tasty, I strongly recommend!

Room was ok, clean and enough space, no complaints.Location on the top floor ideal for us, the pool in summer would be very nice, in winter it was just a little too cool for us. Location of the hotel perfect to walk down Rambla and catch a tram into the centre or La Laguna.

The hotel is located next to Rambla de Santa Cruz which has a lot of traffic and you can't miss the noise.

A very nice location close to the beautiful park Parque García Sanabria. It is slightly outside the city center, but still easy access to the center and everything is has to offer. The hotel is nice, clean and it has a small garden with a pool - a nice place to relax after walking around the city. We had a big room with a very large, comfortable double bed and a balcony facing the garden. The bathroom was also large and good. The hotel staff are very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was very good with lots of choices.

Nothing we liked everything.

Loved the location very near the park and restaurants and only a short 10 minute walk to the main shopping street. It is also near to the cruise port which was important to us as we stayed there before going on a cruise. We even left some luggage whilst going on the cruise for a very reasonable rate which was another reason we chose the hotel as they offered that service. The hotel itself was clean the staff really friendly and accommodating, loved the pool area, worth paying extra for a room with a pool view. The breakfast buffet had a good choice and the evening meal was also excellent with a very friendly chef.

Everything was perfect. One of nicest hotels we have ever stayed in. We got upgraded to a beautiful junior suite. Pure luxury. Place was spotless. Receptionists were so helpful and kind we had forgot our passports as we were staying in Los cristianos and they went above and beyond to help us. Will definitely be back to this beautiful hotel and beautiful staff.

The room had everything I needed - it was clean, the shower was great, the bed very comfortable and the wifi worked perfectly. I didn't opt for a pool view or balcony but my room view - nearby traditional buildings and trees - was still nice. The pool is a good size and the area around it has plenty of outdoor furniture and fresh-water showers. Whenever I had a question, the staff were very kind and helpful, and always entertained my dodgy attempts at speaking Spanish! The location of the hotel is excellent - in a quiet part of the city, though it always felt very safe to walk around by myself. It's just a few minutes' walk from the beautiful Parque Garcia Sanabria and loads of local bakeries, cafes and restaurants, and only another 10 to 15 minutes' walk to the busier parts of the city, the central shopping area and the sea front. I'd definitely recommend this hotel and hope I can visit again soon!

The shower head for the tub was broken (it wasn't a big deal since we just used the shower instead. There wasn't a fan in the bathroom so the whole room fogged up unless we had the balcony door open. There were two sliding doors to the balcony and they were very hard to open and close.

The room was comfortable and big, big bathroom, nice balcony and view to the pool. Pool was really nice and clean. Staff was amazingly friendly and helpful. Parking was great and suggestions for where to park when there wasn't room as well. Breakfast was great. Location was great, in a quiet area but still close walk into town. Wifi was good. Nice business room downstairs to work from.

No space for car park and had to park 10 minutes away in another hotel for €12 a day

We booked room only and stayed for 2 nights and three days. The hotel was clean and tidy and it was a luxury stay. 15 minute walk to centre and it had all amenities that we needed. We did not use the pool but it was on the second floor.

1) Not being able to take a coffee outside from the bar area as ‘my boss won’t allow it. 2) Not being allowed to smoke outside on your own terrace. 3) Only 2 milks left for 4 coffee pods and sachets of tea. Supply at least 2 per person.

The location is good. The Suites are very spacious, clean, well equipped & comfortable. The staff and generally all helpful and polite.
