No signs on door to alert location. Door controlling access was smashed. Lock on smashed door was defective. Mattress on one of the beds was broken. Electric outlets - some broken.

The bathroom, the toilet to be specific was dirty and they send A LOT OF INFORMATION. Too long texts to read for only a single night of stay and the reception is not in the same building. You actually have to walk to a street close to plaza mayor to talk to someone in person. The blankets were not clean. Also, in the morning when people check out they make a lot of noise.

The bed was comfortable, the room had almost all we needed such as sheets, a hair dryer, extra blankets, a table. The application to do online checking and opening the doors was quite good. The establishment was not too far from the city center and it was quite during the night. They reply to your messages on whatsapp fast.

Noise and a place for foreigners to throw parties, being noisy and have outrageous sex any time of the day, added to the noise of the street and the laughs, music and conversations coming from the pub below till 5-6 in the morning. I asked management for a solution, they did promise to get back to me with it, and still waiting… No solution at all. They’ve got the money in exchange of a terrible experience.

Everything was nice and clean, the check-in was very easy (through app, so that you can do it any time) and the property made sure we had all the information necessary and was open to help with anything. Also, they updated our room to the one with a private bathroom and balcony, so, despite the fact we were happy with it and really loved our room as it was modern and had a lot of space, we were also pleased to see the way they wanted to make us feel as comfortable as they could. Location is great, you can walk anywhere in the centre by foot and there is also a supermarket just nearby.

Only bad thing was that the walls are pretty thin and you can easily hear every slightly loud voice and noice, but honestly it didn't bother us much as we understood that people are probably on vacation as us :) beds were little squeaky

Location is great!! Room was small but perfect for a couple. Bathroom was always clean. We had self check in with the app but it was super easy and understandable. We had our towels and sheets changed after 2nd night and hosts were available every moment of their working hours (which they specified in the whatsapp message and email).

Don't be fooled by the good looks of the photos. Unfortunately, the service and product they offer is of a very low standard. Before even checking in, we already have to download an extremely unnecessary and super annoying app. From the photos and this app I thought it would be a luxurious place, but no. I sat on the stairs of the building for over an hour waiting for the previous guests to leave so that the lady could start cleaning the room. on WhatsApp, customer service is absolutely useless, they don't know how to solve problems. I wrote saying that the least they could do would be to give me a late checkout which was ignored. So don't be fooled, don't fall into the same trap as me. there are so many other better places to stay in Madrid and this is not one of them. I can even say one of the worst I've ever been so far.

Misleading depiction of facilities, uncomfortable accommodation, Not worth the money. Checkin process is inconvenient and not accommodating. No close reception, one shared bathroom, with one shower & toilet facility for multiple rooms. No security.

Air conditioner doesn’t work - which was terrible with the weather being -2 in the night. Shower head broken No Bathroom toilet paper Bathroom lights not sensitive to motion -lights turn off quickly Couldn’t get into the flat one night, called staff several times - they didn’t help. Someone walked out by chance and let us in thankfully.

From the minute it was booked we had direct contact from the owners,through booking.com and email and on the day we arrived on whats app,it made the stay very welcoming and trustworthy, fantastic location ,short walk to everywhere in the city

Check-in was confusing because my partner didn’t realize she had to register as well and there wasn’t an advance communication. This was necessary for the app to work, which unlocked the doors.

The whole checkin process was a nightmare, they even cancelled my reservation and I had to rebook last minute. Also keys is a problem as they did not work properly, staff disactivated them without any warning when they needed anything from you. I even had to walk 15 mins to their office to pay as their vendor did not work with apples Safari.

I hated this place!!!The check in hours are very late 19to 21. and they want to charge you for the waiting. They put me in a room then they changed me cos Booking made a mistake? The bathroom was smelly and the fan in the room was really bad.

Pay attention to the description, even though it says these are "apartments", it is basically a glorified hostel with a shared bathroom. You will also get confused travelers who don't know how to operate the phone as a key system trying to open every door in the middle of the night and waking you up. Room was very dirty, in fact the walls looked particularly dirty. My room said it came with a "balcony", which it absolutely did not. I was not happy at all and would not recommend to anyone

The apartment is a massacre, you have to install the application without it, you will not enter the apartment and even the room, if your phone falls, you will not go inside, when you want to go to the toilet, you also need to take your phone with internet and bluetooth turned on to open the door to the room. There are light sensors in the bathrooms, I have been warned about 3 times while taking 1 shower the light went out. The only advantage of this apartment is the location, it is very close to everything and it is clean, everything else is one big failure, I am not demanding in terms of housing, but it was the worst rented room I've ever had

They are playing games with people.. After 33 plus hours on planes we arrived at location no staff present, they sent emails in Spanish for us to download apps and create account for Bluetooth doorlocks. Just a joke booking.com should make this clear and we would not of booked with this place. We saw three other guests dealing with this same bs. Many people were sick here, and we caught the flu too..
