Small room and small bathroom

The private bathroom we had in our room was super super tiny with not enough space to even turn around and just next to the shower is the toilet so when you get out of the shower you have to step out of the bathroom to dry and put your clothes on as there is no space.

The room had everything we needed from towels, hairdryer, glasses for water. Bed was comfortable and we could have breakfast as there were free coffee, tea, fresh water and cakes in the shared space. The room was cleaned every day and fresh towels were put on the beds. Thank you.

Maybe it's not the hotel's fault, but a common problem in Spain is that the walls are very thin, so you can hear everything.... like the neighbors flushing the toilet or closing doors, making it hard to sleep. Also, there is no real blanket on the bed you basically sleep under a thin sheet so big minus to comfort

The drains in the external bathroom emitted quite a pungent smell. It looked like a general problem of the city, as we experienced the same issue in several public bathrooms we used as well, but it's something particularly unpleasant in your own holiday apartment. Because the external bathroom didn't have a window either, it was difficult to circulate the air and basically impossible to get rid of the sewer smell.

The location was exceptional, and the building was renewed and felt very safe and secure. The facilities were really nice, with great attention to detail (e.g. water fountain, coffee machine, kettle, microwave, etc).

It was a little bit narrow and they did not have smart TV. Also instead of one double bed that we had requested , it had two separated.

The room was synchronous and functional and with nice aesthetic. It had it's own bathroom, although the reservation was for a shared bath.

1. Thin walls - you could hear everything from the rooms next door. 2. Very small bathrooms in the rooms.

1. Location - close to metro station, bus stops, restaurants. 2. Room facilities - air conditioning, clean bedding, kitchen accessories, hair dryer, TV - in general everything you need. 3. Very friendly staff.

Crying toddler somewhere, but it was a bit incessant.

A very warm welcome, even though she didn’t speak English, we got by. She was very helpful.

Walls are so thin, that you can hear every word from other rooms. It was uncomfortable, escpecially at night. Poor ventilation, so humidity after shower is very high.

Beds are comfortable, clean pillows. Towels changed everyday during clearing. Warm room, you can use AC to chill/heat up.

The bed is a bit uncomfy and the walls are very thin. My room was also way less decorated than the photos.

Everything you need for a night plus some nice extras like water and soap, as well as a small breakfast area with packaged croissants, tea and coffee. The surrounding neighborhood is very cozy and walkable. I booked a room with a separate private bathroom and was pleasantly surprised to find a small sink and shower in my room as well. The autonomous arrival was very easy and the personnel were kind and helpful.

Access is not that easy with all the codes, the price was very high for the standard of hotel.

Towels were clean but they smelled strange. You can hear every word of you neighbor due thin walls.

The room is not to far from the city center. It was nice and clean. There is water for new guests. But what I realy liked was the parking right afront of the door. It is not included to the room, but it was free.

Everything was very good. Best stay from the entire trip (from Barcelona to Madrid)!

Walls were too thin and for that reason you could hear a lot of sounds, also during the night. The fridge was too loud, also for the night.

-There’s basically NO PRIVACY, the bathroom door is just a horrible solution, its a TRANSPARENT sliding door, and the bathroom with the toilet is so small you can only turn around, and the door is in front of your face. We were two small women but could barely fit…Can’t imagine how a bigger person would be able to go to the toilet. -The only one sink is separate…its in the bedroom instead of the bathroom?! Horrible design, doesn’t makes sense. -There is a free bar for little breakfast for everybody, but everything was empty by the morning when everybody would actually eat and no food left, because the staff is only working after breakfast time until midday and by the time they refill the bar, afternoon everybody takes all the food and its empty. This is not so good solution, many times we heard people complaining whats the point of this, if people take the food afternoon anyway…we could not have breakfast once in our stay, because it was all empty, even that the description of the hotel says theres breakfast option…

price was good. nice touch to have water and cakes in the room. comfortable bed. Nice to have some coffee pods and a communal coffee maker.

There were no towels in the room. Very loud doors. Someone comes at night and rattles, someone wakes up early in the morning and also rattles.

It was a good for this price. A little bit strange to have 3 showers :)
