Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

RomaniaA great place to stay, very near the Alhambra palace entry. The room was big and very comfortable. We also had a balcony. The lady at the reception was very helpful and nice in showing us the parking. Also she has a lot of tips regarding the entry to Alhambra and the city in general.

United KingdomFriendly reception. Very comfortable beds. Nice hot shower. Quiet. Heating very effective kept us warm. Easy 10 minute bus route direct to Granada centre or up to Alhambra. We were lucky and got a free parking space after hanging around a little bit. We went out for breakfast so no comment on that.

SerbiaFor those who want to stay halfway between Granada's city center and the Alhambra Palace, this is an excellent location. It’s 3 km from the center, about a 30-minute walk, with a bus stop for line 33 nearby. The bus runs every 10 minutes to the center, and tickets can be purchased directly on board. The Alhambra is 2 km away, and there’s also a convenient bus line to get there. A major advantage is the secure private parking located right under the hotel, offered at a very reasonable price. The hotel owner speaks English, is incredibly friendly and helpful, and provided us with plenty of information, a map, and detailed explanations on how to reach various sites. Highly recommended for anyone who wants to stay in a peaceful part of the city and enjoy a warm, family-like atmosphere!

SpainOnly 1 night stay!
Very welcoming in Reception. My room was very clean, and I slept well. Breakfast was toast, juice and coffee, sufficient for me. Other options available. Only 1 night stay, but I will certainly stay again. Parking was very busy, but they went out of their way to ensure I got the next available space.

United KingdomThere was no street parking available and we used the hotel's parking facilities which were very convenient. The proprietor was helpful when it came to the parking and explaining the security there. The breakfast was very nice and set us up for the morning ahead. Hotel Albero is an excellent choice for an overnight stay if you're planning to visit the Alhambra, 5 minutes from Alhambra. The rooms are spacious and clean, and the hotel staff are friendly and helpful. There is also the option of free street parking around the hotel. The quality-price ratio is good

EstoniaAir conditioning is working poorly, nearly zero effect, but it wasn't too big of a problem in the end. Breakfast is a bit shy but very cheap on the other hand.
The hotel is in the suburbs, but has a good bus connection to centre, also walkable (we did one time). Has a parking garage for 10€ a day, very useful! Staff was super friendly. Hotel is very quiet and had such a comfy bed, we slept so good! Good value for money! Taxi to Alhambra took around 5 minutes, recommended because walk there is very long uphill battle :D

United KingdomNothing.
An excellent hotel particularly if you are staying over to visit the Alhambra. Two buses lines No. 33 and No. 13 are available to take you from the hotel to the centre of Granada or to the Alhambra. One route is every 10 minutes and the other route is every 20 mins. It takes about 30 mins on the bus to get right into the city centre and only about 8 mins to get to the Alhambra. Price is only 1.40 euros per journey. The owner of the hotel explains all the details when you check in. He is so helpful and accommodating. Room was spacious and immaculate. Beds were comfortable. Breakfast was simple and reasonable value for money. A croissant, tostada, orange juice and coffee or tea. Various butters jams and spreads were also provided. You need to park up in the street and check in, the owner then gives you the remote control for the garage and a key for the lift and explains how to use them.
