Had booked online at the company's request and told me to pick up the key to room ages booking in as girl on reception just didn't seem to able to use their . Bar staff was very poor and just rude, dragging chairs around making noise lounge area not pleasant

IrelandCheck in was a disaster. Plus anytime you attended Reception there was always a Queue and everything took an age to complete. It took at least 45 Mins to check in and when you have just arrived from a Plane journey that is something that you do not need.

Netherlandsthe rooms could have been cleaner, the door was not installed properly with gaps so you could hear everything from the outside, the fan in the room was not working, the food was mostly lukewarm and undersalted, the shower had terrible water pressure, the main pool was ice cold
the heated pool, the room was spacious, there was a big variety of food and the dinners were themed, there were always snacks available, the mocktails were delicious, the entertainment was lots of fun, overall the stay was very nice and relaxing with some shortcomings

IrelandLocation a little out of the way. We always had parking close by which was good. My two young girls loved it.. You have to be up early to get a sun bed as guests book them with towels as early as 5am. Crazy.
Food facilities all good. Staff who took care of the shows and events were exceptional. They worked ever so hard. Great with entertaining, music. Night time shows were high quality every single night of our stay. Kids disco was great..staff were top notch. Decent size pools ..3 in total.

LatviaI would recommend to focus more on quality over quantity at breakfast and dinner. There were a lot of options, but some of them were quite bad (although there were good and mediocre options as well). We also wanted cups to be brought to our room, but after multiple times of asking, never received them (we were not allowed to take them from cafeteria). Perhaps there should be an area for people who want to enjoy a more quiet stay - there was a lot of music and other loud noises.
Great, beautiful location, spacious rooms, a wide variety of foods served at breakfast and dinner. A lot of space for sunbathing, swimming, etc.

EstoniaSome small observations: Room was like an apartment and at the same time not like apartment. There was something like kitchen corner, but you were not able/allowed to use it as kitchen. Somehow confusing situation. Pool opening hours - I prefer to swim early morning or late at the evening.
OK place. Parking easily possible. WiFi worked well when I needed ( early morning). Three pools, one with heating. Noisy entertainment in little-bit separated place - not disturbing. Breakfast -OK. Staff - friendly.

SpainAll the staff, from Fernando and the ladies on reception, to Carlos in the snack bar, to Jeanette in management, to Ibrahim at the drinks van...we have never felt so welcome or so comfortable at a venue before, and we really appreciated it. The ladies in the wellness centre also deserve a mention as we had a lovely sauna and massage experience with them too!

LatviaCheck-in. Even if you fill in all the lengthy online checkin forms, you'll still have to spend some 10-15 minutes at the front desk and sign a few papers before they let you in. Maybe I wouldn't feel so annoyed about it, if I hadn't fallen asleep kid on my arms on arrival. Some other details could be improved. Like introducing toilet paper holder, or upgrading room with a decent hair drier.
Nice pools, good breakfast, decent hotel apartment, good pressure in shower. If you're not a picky person, when it comes to details, place is very ok.
