Access to the apartment/hotel is a bit tricky - beware the GPS tells you to turn into the street where technically you shouldn't, but without knowing the city it was impossible to figure it out in time. The parking garage is down the road and it is very tight, even our small Peugeot 2008 only just fit with the help of one of the staff guiding us in. It was also quite expensive at 16 euros a day, but it is a very central location. It was, however, possible to briefly stop in the loading bay to unload the suitcases. The kitchen in the apartment is very tiny, we had to take it in turns to eat as there were only 3 chairs and there is no dishwasher or oven. Not an issue for 2 nights as we didn't cook (only boiled pasta) but would be hard for a longer stay.

The location was amazing! Right in the heart of the city, next to the cathedral and only 2 mins walk to the Basilica. AC worked very well (it was 40+ degrees outside). The beds were comfortable and it was a bonus to have 2 bathrooms. The layout of the apartment is a bit odd, with no sofa but a bed in the "lounge" but it didn't bother us. The staff at reception when we arrived were very polite and extremely helpful regarding the parking, which is quite challenging.

Beautiful property, very clean, plenty of room for all the family. Staff at the hotel were fantastic. Breakfast was excellent would definitely recommend eating there. You are very close to everything. Parking provided. Great stay.

Location, private underground parking... Sebastian was most welcoming and helpful. Staff were the most helpful of anywhere we have been in Spain whilst on our road trip. Breakfast in the coffee shop an absolute must, yummy fresh food.

The location was perfect, it takes 3 minutes to walk to Plaza del Pilar. The hosts were very kind and helpful. You have a lot of stores, cafes and restaurants in the neighborhood.

The location was superb. It was spacious and very comfortable. The reception staff were really helpful. We had a lovely stay.

Although apartment was spotless clean, it had strong smoke smell. Smoking is not allowed, but looks like some guests did not comply. For us that is a big problem. Staff were willing to move us to another unit but none was available. We had to endure. Also, on the common areas of the building there is a strong odour, I suspect from the sewer. I notified the staff and they said they will follow up.

Location is very good. Check in /out at nearby hotel is convenient. Apartment has been recently remodelled. Very well appointed.

There was no coffee or tea available in the room although there are several restaurants nearby.

It was a lovely 2 bed flat with 2 bathrooms and a small kitchen. The flat was divided for privacy. It is in the centre of town with many tourist attractions, restaurants and shopping within walking distance. Parking was available onsite which was very helpful
