Food quality was very poor for a 4 star hotel. Hotel is now modern but the queueing up to go into the restaurant is antiquated. Coffee was like Tar. Other 4 star hotels better and cheaper.

Some of the breakfast staff were quite miserable but helpful enough. There was one particular bar staff that was so rude to everyone, adults and children. He took a water gun from a child in the pool and was shouting at him. This child was just playing as you would expect on holiday, none of us guests were bothered by the child and no one had complained, but this bar man was angry about it for some reason. He tried to snap at me and tell me as an adult, that I must sit up straight in the sofa chair that I was relaxing on in the bar. So I snapped back at him and told him where to go and not to talk to me. He snapped at some females asking questions about the lunch menu. Unfortunately, I did not get his name but I will upload a picture of him. This man needs to be retrained in customer care and customer service or leave the job because he is a miserable old man.

Hotel looked as pictured. Reception staff were lovely. Room was clean and well maintained. Beds were comfortable. Bedding was clean. House keeping were friendly and helpful.

The room has only one key. Double rooms has glass window, so if you are a couple, you will live in the room where you can see each other in the bathroom

Air con worked well, but couldn't change mode to heating.Parkimg good but exit ramp very steep not easy to managed.

Noise from other people staying no sound proofing could hear everything had to be asked to be moved because of it, which the hotel kindly done for us much appreciated, food a bit repetitive too especially at night but still tasty.

Nice location quite central to shops cafes etc and the local bus stop is only a few minutes walk away. Comfortable beds and pillows. Brilliant showers and hot water. Friendly and helpful reception staff.

The bed was quite hard, we could hear the music from the pool area in our room. The minibar didn't get very cold.

We were a group of 6 people and it was possible to sit on one table for breakfast and dinner. The foodplates were always full and the customized omelette was delicious. They put my medicaments in a freezer and I could get it whenever I needed it. The pool was clean. The maid came every day and looked after our room. She was very nice and made sure that we have everything. Our parking spot was very good and we felt save in leaving our car there.

Walls were incredibly thin which would have been a real problem if you were a light sleeper.

Pool was great and the restaurant/bar was well stocked. Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, assisting and resolving any query or concern that we had. Probably the best value for money stay that I’ve had.

The pool was freezing but thats about the only negative really. Forr €55 a night its amazing value.

The breakfast i thought was amazing. Fresh fried eggs if requested and they had nice baked beans! A large varied buffet style breakfast l. 10/10. The staff were lovely and the food we had for dinner was great value and tasty. Pretty close to everything including the beach. The room was very nice and clean. Modern. I will stay here again in the future!

The food. The food was really not good. The selection wasn't great and the puddings were especially terrible. Bread at breakfast was stale. It was edible but bland, samey and overall not to the same standard as the rest of the hotel.

Excellent hotel, nice location. Biggish room. Staff excellent and flexible with eg allowing us to have lunch instead of dinner one day. Pool area immaculate.

Parking always full, you have to park 5 min away in open parking for 24 euro a day... Rooms are more likely 3*...

Half board it is a must, nice lobby and pool area.

Unfortunately, people can’t drink or eat their own food on the territory of the hotel, only to buy at the bar.

The hotel is very cosy, stylish and good for staying during the vacation. 7 min walk to the central beach, 3 min walk to bus station which is good because we drive by bus to other city beaches which are more beautiful than central one. The breakfasts and dinners were perfect.

The parking is a bit tricky, but if you are an experienced driver - all good. The wifi wasn’t the best (for me personally as a remote worker), especially in a room but going downstairs near the reception it was better.

I loved the staff the most, all of them werw super nice and helped with everything in a blink of an eye. Also, breakfast & dinners were superb, many options to choose from and always fresh. The property itself is beautiful too, clean and has a lot of spots for remote workers.

There was nothing to dislike

Even when busy the hotel managed to keep its chilled out and relaxed atmosphere and was super quite and easy to sleep at night, the staff where fantastic and friendly and we were lucky enough to meet a family from the Faroe Islands who gave us a holiday to remember for ever!
