Nothing to dislike..photos on website are of both apartments- not just the one we booked but we were not disappointed- the courtyard garden was beautiful

Outdoor area with view of Casa Batlo was a perfect place to relax after sightseeing. Apartment was very modern, spacious and clean. Little extras like tea/ coffee & cleaning pack were really useful. Location perfect in the heart of the city to explore.

Top location — everything is close by and easy to reach. The key system is super convenient — just one password to open all doors. The apartment is spacious and has everything you need: kitchenware, washing machine, dishwasher, and even some essentials like soap, detergent, etc. There are plenty of sleeping places, the kitchen is fully equipped, and everything was clean and tidy. Nothing unnecessary — just cozy and comfortable. We were very happy with our stay and would love to come back!

Check in is to complicated and time consuming for groupe of people. You should mention that your entrance has narrow elevator and high stairs. Apartments were missing any clothes hangers not a single peace, in the hallway needed any chair or small table to put personal belonings entering the flat, and there could be at least one mirrow in whole human height.

The curtain in one of the room cannot block the lights very well. The place in general is very under equipped. Not very convenient if you expect to stay at the apartment for your stay. Rooms are smaller than expected.

The location is perfect, in the heart of the city and within walking distance you can get to all famous spots. The living room is large so very convenient for family gathering. Beds are comfortable, we had good sleeps. The place is clean.

Central location in the heart of Barcelona. Easy access into the apartments and each apartment was clean, spacious and had everything we needed!

Because of the location, it was a bit noisy at night from the restaurants and bars which stay open late.

Location was amazing! We were close to cafés, bars, and restaurants as well as Casa Batllo and la Rambla.

Had to digitally enter all the travellers' info before arriving. Can be tedious with many travellers, but it was a government requirement to register everyone. Due to the size of one of the twin rooms, having 2 beds, the door could not be closed.

Info was emailed once all the necessary registration and verification was done. PIN given to enter the main building, going up 2nd level to get the key cards from a machine. Somehow it didn't work for us but had a "Call" button where someone will attend to you, even in early hours. Had amenties nearby - bakery, cafes, restaurants. Easy to get taxis too. Good setup for our 5-days stay.

Property was perfect for my family's stay in Barcelona! Great location, easy to access with code and right near the train station! Apartment was clean and a greta size for the 4 of us. We loved it and would stay here again.

Location was perfect! 2 blocks away from the crazy Placa Catalunya and steps away from Passeig de Gracia for a nice shopping trip. There were a lot of cafes, restaurants, and bakery around. Check-in was confusing but the staff were very helpful. The units were spacious.

Great location. The apartment was big and clean. We had difficulty in accessing the building because of the access code but it was resolved with one call. The support and maintenance team are always ready for any request and respond immediately

We would have prefered to have more towels available. Also there was no vacuum cleaner available in the apartment. Since there is a washing machine it would make sense to have a dryer as well.

We stayed in Barcelona for 6 nights. Perfect location, just few minutes walk from Placa Catalunya. Located at the top floor and quite well equiped.

2 of the showers were blocked and got flooded. Could see signs of previous floor damage indicating this was an ongoing issue that needs to be sorted.
