Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Breakfast was bad (cold and odd texture pancakes) and lack variety. Misleading ensure that seems too suggestive of what it actually is, that it is being LGBTQ-friendly). The distance from old town is about 10-12 minutes walk which can seem far after a long day and depends on route, some can be hilly/have stairs to climb

Lovely friendly staff. Being able to check in early was an unexpected bonus. Location very convenient. Wellness Spa was fun. Buffet breakfast was a great beginning to each day.

€25 per night for parking is quite expensive
We had a nice room with a balcony, the rooftop pool was great. Staff are very helpful and friendly

It should be possible to make a reservation for a place in the parking lot using only the license plates. It would make it easier tho arrive and park without having to go to the reception desk to get an autorisation sign with the place number.
Hotel is well located on a calm, residential street. The breakfast was above my expectations (very nice), the crew is very attentive, the room was very clean and the mini bar had plenty of options to drink. As a plus, daily access to the Jacuzzi, sauna and Haman. Had a really nice moments there.

Inside the room was a little sparse in furniture, although we did have a small balcony. Mini-bar fridge was packed with over priced items, with no space to put anything else in, such as water or milk. Slightly overpriced.
Great location, clean rooms. Very helpful staff. Good reasonably quiet air-con. Breakfast is reasonable, but a little expensive at €18. Shower, changing area and toilet were super.

Difficult to hang any long items of clothing.
Staff are fantastic. Rooms are a bit quirky but very comfortable. Very clean and a lovely rooftop area with sun loungers and small pool.

The breakfast needs an improvement. Too simple and not enough choices for vegeterians.
The property's location is great. It is a new and very clean hotel. The rooms are very well designed. We loved the mattress and bedding. Very comfortable. The property has anything you need in a city hotel. The great spa facility is a big plus. The staff is very friendly and helpful. If we come to San Sebastian again, we would stay here.

The air-conditioning isn't all that powerful. But the good things in this hotel definitely outweigh the air-conditioning issue.
The bath in the deluxe suite is incredible. Enjoyed the double terrace with lots of sun

The clear glass walls of the shower/toilet took a bit of getting used to, even with the curtain
