The hotel accommodated a lot of guests from England who were inconsiderate and very loud. We had a room on the ground floor and everything was heard.

Conflicting information given from different member of staff as to whether we could eat in the area but the pool or not. That you could not pay for drinks by the pool with a card.

The staff were extremely helpful and so polite. The grounds and setting of the hotel were very beautiful. The rooms were very nice and the beds were very comfortable. The swimming pool was fabulous.

Having more mugs and glasses would have been good - there were no long glasses or mugs in the villa. When we washed up glasses etc there was no tea towel to dry them. A small thing that would have been helpful. There was ample parking on the road but to park in the shade next to the villa there was an extra charge, which felt a bit cheeky. You had free 30 minutes there to load/unload.

Tranquil and with beautiful views. Villa was easily accessible from hotel facilities and it was all extremely pleasant. Breakfast was included and it was exceptional.

I wish that the food at the evening meal was hot , it was all very Luke warm at best .

Only had breakfast, and that was fantastic. Staff was very friendly and it was really enjoyable. I also loved the free coffe in the room! I appreciate a good cup of coffee first when I get up in the moring! The view from the balcony is beatyful.

Wellness is not in the hotel building and in additional payment! I know that staff will now replay the same words that it is noted in description, but for 5 star hotel it is not a regular thing.

This is the first time we have a villa and not a room in the hotel. The villas are a short walk from the hotel in a nice quiet area. Plenty of safe parking. The villa was a bit strange in that one room was the bedroom and an adjoining room had been converted to a sitting room with kitchen. There were no main lights and the circuit needed a second security card to operate some of the sockets. There was a coffee machine but nowhere in the kitchenette to plug it in. We moved a table closer to a wall socket. The outside back patio of both rooms was very black with mold which had clearly been there for some time and needs jet washing. It wasn't very pleasant to sit outside although the space and garden would have been very nice. We did make these comments at check out and were assured that maintenance would look at the patio.

The facilities of the hotel are excellent - breakfast as always is great and the location for the Jerez Circuit is perfect. The staff at the hotel are very helpful and attentive.

Same as last time the hot food in general was cold, they would however cook it fresh for you if asked. Parts of the hotel in need of attention if it’s to keep its 5 star rating.

Close to the race circuit great setting staff were tremendous from maids to receptionist they all first class
