The service in the bar was unfriendly and inefficient. It took 45 minutes to serve a salad. This is by no means a cheap hotel and the service is unacceptably poor.

The hotel is in the most wonderful grounds. The villa we had was luxurious.

The adult swimming pool was closed during the four days we stayed, during peak season no less. Very disappointed as this was one of the few things we looked forward to most.

Aircon units in villa was inadequate. Cockroach in room . Waiting times for lunch was over 1 hour and arrived cold. Waited 40 minutes to order a drink on terrace . A member of reception was very abrupt no people skills.

Room a total disaster both days. Full of cockroaches. I was reported but the compensation offered completely out of proportions. I expected free stay for that. First night we didnt even sleep. I was honestly also expecting a new invitation to come back with e.g. my family for free and they could show that it was just a bad luck stay! Nothing offered!

Beautiful hotel close the.golf,very good restaurant, bar and service. Very confortable room beds and good size of bathroom. Excellent breakfast with a lot of choice. Parking on site. Close to the airport et the city of Jerez. Very convenient and quiet.

I think the spa should be included for hotel guests (except for treatments of course). I wish the hammam wasn't out of service.

Long wait at check-in as reception staff spending too long with each client providing information when there should have been a separate concierge or information desk to prevent the queue from building up. Bathroom had a missing plug and toilet flush button broke, so toilet could not be flushed, and apparently this is a very common occurrence. Loose wiring on lamp in room and bathroom, so they flickered and the air conditioning was poor and needed to be put on full blast. At breakfast none of the coffee machines were working and not enough staff to assist.

Nice view from breakfast terrace over golf course. Wide choice of breakfast foods, and coffee was good once you could actually get it.

I made a reservation for a room in the main building, but they placed me in a village quite far from the hotel's services. The hotel is located in an area full of abandoned buildings. The hotel services are also not compatible with a 5 star hotel, in a place where there is nothing else around, what is the point of in a hot place the pool only opens at 11 am in the morning?

Noisy rooms badly insulated could hear every noise from corridor. Hairdryer didn’t work properly TV remote seemed broken Swimming pool hours only 11am to 6pm

minor issues but would be nice if the gym opened early morning so could be used before breakfast, and you could hear the racing at the adjoining circuit but you got used to it
