Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.

By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

United KingdomBreakfast was good, but the egg station could have had more options. They didn't do poached eggs for some reason on our second morning? Also, some of the hot food was not very hot. The lamps are obviously not man enough to keep the food warm.
The Room was super clean and had everything we needed, apart from the cleaners didn't top up the milks or sugars so we had to get them from breakfast on day 2. The bed was very comfortable and the linens were lovely.

Beautiful hotel with gorgeous pools and views of the sea. This hotel was really spacious and had ample areas to relax and unwind. Breakfast by the outdoor pools was beautiful and there were many activities to enjoy in the resort. The extra touch is they found out we were newly married and sent over cakes and champagne!

SwitzerlandWe loved everything about this place: the gorgeous compound, the great and attentive staff, the various large and open pools, the delicious breakfast buffet, the wonderful room with it’s private terrace and the lovely views of the Mediterranean Sea (mostly from the amazing rooftop bar).

ChinaThe location is very good but I expected that it would be a beach near the hotel. The nearest beach is 20 -30 min by walk it is not convenient as you need to go by car or taxi and take your stuff and some snacks. There are 2 cafes near by the hotel and you need to book them in advance. And there is no any shop near the hotel. The a la carte restaurant doesn’t work in the hotel so we have some problems with dinner. For all inclusive rate it would be not a problem.
The breakfast was perfect. The rooms are clean and beautiful. The territory is nice!

United KingdomOur general impression of the staff left room for improvement. Some individuals were better but generally we found the staff less attentive and friendly. The handling of the pool and snack bar around lunchtime when we arrived was quite disorganised / chaotic and it took a long time to be served. The prices of food and drinks were also quite expensive.
The hotel was very contemporary and well designed, with lots of lovely swimming pools and spaces to relax in. It had a very chilled poolside vibe (we didn't have any issues finding sunbeds etc!). The breakfast was great with lots of choice. The hotel was in a quiet area but right on the beach with a walking path to the nearby villages with more choice of restaurants, and also within easy reach of the capital by car or bus.

United KingdomPool ordering took a very long time at points, once over 40 mins to arrive (ie, the hotel needs a better scheduling process for when to prioritise or accept orders via the app); the all inclusive menu was a bit restricted considering the price, which is high enough to expect a bit value.
Friendliness of staff; food was great; app worked great

United KingdomOnly a few things to be mindful of… the pool bar and restaurant is over priced (€17 for chips and guac is ludicrous) you’re better off going for lunch outside of the resort - paseo 60 in Binibeca is a great lunch spot, en carago not far either there’s also lots of restaurants in Cala Torret… they’re on the waterfront so you need to park up and walk to them (behind the supermarket). They do not give you enough free water (bearing in mind adults are supposed to drink 2 litres a day you get given 50cl)… so stock up at the supermarket. Unless you plan on staying at the hotel all day everyday I would suggest getting a car as there’s only 1 restaurant walking distance. Also the hairdryer has very low power so bring your own.
Lovely weeks stay at Barcelo Nura, very relaxing and peaceful setting. Staff very welcoming and attentive. Breakfast buffet had a very large selection although it is the same everyday.

United KingdomI’m personally not a fan of the pools being salt water pools I would say the evening buffet food is average There isn’t enough staff on at lunch or at the bar in the evening It’s not a flaw of the hotel but it isn’t close to other bars & restaurants but taxis are cheap, so it doesn’t cost much to get to them
Breakfast at the hotel was really tasty, with lots of choices The rooms were lovely, bed was super comfy, clean, cool and the shower was nice and powerful The live music each night at the bar was great, created such a relaxing atmosphere The vibe of the hotel was quiet and peaceful, very easy to unwind and relaxing

United KingdomNothing. We did wonder if we should have had complementary coffee pods and tea - as kettle and coffee machine were provided, but it didn’t bother us too much and could have asked.
It’s a beautiful place to spend a holiday. Very relaxed, helpful and friendly staff, and the atmosphere is calm and chilled out. Our suite had a huge terrace with a double daybed and sea view.- we loved it. The whole place was exceptionally clean and well kept. We loved the breakfasts - delicious choices to suit everyone’s taste. We used the hotel as a base to walk some of the stunning cami de cavalls, visit Mahon and gorgeous white sand beaches nearby, which at this time of year were pretty empty. We did have a car and would recommend one to see more of this gorgeous island, although by the end of the week we wished we had spent a little more time by the pool or at the wellness centre. Maybe next time….

United KingdomThe food was very disappointing. It was a buffet and was cold, tasteless and a real shame because it could have been so much better. The room service breakfast was freezing, so the food was inedible. If we stayed again, we would find alternate places to eat, but I would definitely return to the hotel, because that was the only thing that let it down. Also, perhaps more bar staff in the evening.
The outside of the hotel doesn't show how beautiful it is! We walked in and thought it was gorgeous! We had a very warm welcome upon arrival, from two of the really lovely female receptionists, and even though we arrived early (12pm), we were dealt with, given a nice cold glass of cava, then shown where we could have lunch/a snack until our rooms were available. One room was ready by 2pm, which was great and it meant that I could use my sister's terrace to get some sun while she unpacked her things! The hotel, the room, the swim-up pool were just perfect. I felt very relaxed immediately! I have a very bad back, but the beds were simply amazing. The staff were all very friendly and warm and nothing was too much trouble. The cleaner came each day and replenished our crockery, emptied the bins, cleaned and refreshed everything. I didn't take the name of the female reception manager, but she was outstanding. Also, the tall male receptionist with glasses, who dealt with an issue swiftly and efficiently. Just brilliant! All of the hospitality staff were also outstanding.

United KingdomStaff were welcoming and friendly, always on hand to help. The hotel was beautiful, rooms were excellent and the food was delicious! Plenty of areas to relax, enjoy a drink or spend time with loved ones. I needed to order a taxi a few times during my stay, I went to reception to arrange this and a taxi service arrived within 5 mins! Binibeca and Punta Prima are about 30mins walking distance if you fancy exploring on foot or a short journey by car. Mao is about 20mins car journey away too! Lovely restaurants nearby the hotel, great location. I would highly recommend!
