Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments

An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

The gym is very small and doesn’t have ventilation. Other than that, everything perfect.

The room was too hot! Air conditioning was operating, but could not bring the room to a decent temperature. Had a lot of difficulty sleeping due to that. Also, staff insisted on cleaning the room despite the "do not disturb" board at the door, arguing with us that they had to clean it while we left the room.
Despite its comfort and staff problems, the location was very good. There is a (payed) parking nearby and a café that serves breakfast right in front of the hotel. It is also very close to the city center. The interior of the hotel seems to have been improved in the last few years.

It's one of those hotels you can't open the windows and live on ac. very dry, not nice.

Separate Toilet, Shower only one hook for towels. "Located by Toilet" No tissues, one small waste bin, No hanging space cupboards for 4 night stay, had to live out of suitcase, very poor and dated just about 3 star definitely not 4, and staff weren't very friendly. Disappointed as previously we really enjoyed our stay here.

The building is pretty old with no atmosphere. I was told during check in that breakfast as included in the room rate, while checking out it was not the case. Parking is Eur. 19 a day.
The rooms are nice and refurbished recently.

Very used bed sheets, cleaning was not perfect . A bit noisy even in the 7th floor , construction can feel the wait of the years , parking is extremely tight.

the hotel room was hideous and silly. duplex with very odd design and hideous huge jaquzzi upstairs that took almost an hour to fill. shocking waste of water and energy wasteful. the hotel was full of teenage sports people and to be honest I would have expected to have been told that by the reservations team. breakfast truly awful uncooked bacon/ cold congealed eggs / for 200 euros this was a huge waste and I would never use this brand again - corporate waste and greed

The hotel offers a private car park, which is not easy to use. The reception is not very friendly to those who do not speak Spanish. The rooms are very tiny. Our room, on the 2nd floor, facing a main road, is not very friendly to light sleepers.
The hotel is conveniently located. The old town is within in walking distance. Many restaurants and supermarkets are nearby.

The hotel need to correct the false information in booking. The Hotel shows "Private Parking" but don't say that it has a cost. Also, the hotel park was full, and I needed to pay 48 euros in the public park during my 3 nights stay. And worst, I only found that 700km away from home and without a chance to move to another hotel. Outrageous!
The view from the room balcony. The staff. The breakfast. Also, the localization permitted us to walk freely on the historical part of the city. Sadly, the fake information about the hotel parking prevent me from giving a better evaluation.

Bar not open, only water in mini-bar, no room service - should be better again once COVID is truly a thing of the past.
Very good location with bars, restaurants and shopping all very close by. Very clean and comfortable.
