Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.

By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

United KingdomThe pool in the photo was quite small so the loungers got full quickly, although the family pool was bigger with more loungers and the beach was right on the doorstep so not a huge problem!
Rooms were clean and modern. Staff very friendly and helpful. Right in the beach which was amazing. The all inclusive was amazing, the food options changed daily with lots of options.

United StatesAs a coeliac, was glutened a few times due to cross contamination which was horrendous. I just wish we could go in 10 mins before to help ourselves from the buffet in advance of the crowds.
Location is perfect. Overlooks the beach and there is a bus stop nearby that serves the area / Drach caves / airport / Mondrago Beach / Santanyi market

United Statessnacks by the pool are ok, and the hotel swimming pool was cold. but we only used it in the evenings when the sun went down. the bedrooms are pretty basic but done the job.
We paid for the inclusive plus, Which I thought was worth it if you have a car and are looking to park. The restaurant is good and plenty of selection at the buffet. I think all the hotel staff there work really hard and were pretty attentive to people.

United KingdomThe quality of the food could be better and more variety/options for vegetarian diet. Lunch was the best meal of the day. Definitely worth going for all-inclusive as it can be expensive to eat and drink in the local area and you can't find a better place to enjoy the bay.
The view of the bay from our room was beautiful. The room was clean and tidy. The pool with sea view is a wonderful place to spend your time. The location is great, plenty to see and do. All staff were very friendly and helpful in all areas of our stay.

United KingdomIn terms of facilities there's not much going on. I haven't even tried the pool, not many people did. The tv in the room is quite big and it would be a very good thing if we could cast our phone to it, but it seemed like that function was either blocked on it or not existing. The corridors and rooms are a bit dated etc but for the money i paid it was good value for me.
Great location, easy access from public transport. The food was good, not exceptional but good enough. I managed to reserve this 3 nights on a great price on half board. Receptionist Eva was great and helpful when i asked to possibly change my room to something that has a nice room and she did. The close distance to the sea is what sold this hotel for me and i wasn't disappointed. The sea was amazing and easy to access from the hotel The bed was comfyand the sheets were soft which was a surprise because most hotels wash their sheets in a way that it's very stiff. The evening band band great too. Overall i had a great time, thank you.

IrelandMassive tree outside my balcony, so no view whatsoever. Or a breeze to dry clothes. You are not seated at a table for the buffet. So you have to walk around and find a table yourself, which was tricky at busy periods. No sun at the beach side pool for most of the day (not the hotels fault). Asked for a paid 30 minute extension on check out time and was told no.
Location is lovely. Quieter end of the town but still loads of bars, restaurants and shops around. And not a far walk to the main streets. Beach is fantastic and hotel is perfectly placed for it. Breakfast was really good! Bed was really comfy! Air conditioning was good. Fridge in the room was a great addition. Staff on reception were lovely on check in and out.

United KingdomThe breakfast and lunch was great, dinner was ok, could definitely be better but overall good value for money. The location by the beach is great but Cala D’Or centre is very tacky and not the most authentic if you are looking for an authentic holiday

FinlandWe paid for an upgrade when our booked room wasn’t available, we got a nice “mini suite” but it had some details that could be fixed. E.g the curtains weren’t properly attached to the ceiling, the shower facilities weren’t the best, not a proper door to the toilet etc. Lots of noise from the corridors. Guests rushing to reserve pool chairs already before 7am and showing up a few hours later was annoying.
Nice big area next to the water, close to restaurants and shops!

PolandI didn't like the room we stayed in, it was bad. First of all, it was a window overlooking the passage in front of the hotel and the 1st floor, terrible because you can't open the curtains and are constantly in the dark. The rooms themselves are also not wow, the renovation could be better and in general it is bad that the transparent door to the toilet, no intimacy, when you come as a couple it is not romantic. Another thing we didn't like is that they take additional deposits for everything: 10 € for a towel, 20 € for a parking key, the parking lot itself is also paid... As for the beach, normal sunbeds were constantly occupied, you only needed to take them at night.
I liked the location, the beach, the pools. Delicious food and a large selection of it. The staff at the reception is friendly and tried to help with everything.

United KingdomIt was quite difficult to find food as a vegetarian or Vegan because none of the food is labelled with a V. I’m sure there’s lots of veggi options with the salads ect but it’s impossible to know if you are a solo traveller. For example the potato salad wasn’t veggi which I found out after I had eaten it and another salad was named ‘exotic salad’ which could be anything. On many occasions I just had plain pasta or plain salad or I ate at a local restaurant instead which is frustrating as I had paid for all inclusive. It’s also really unclear how to get a glass of wine with dinner to the point where I just gave up There’s also no drinks menu at the bar so It’s impossible to know what drinks you can have as part of the all inclusive without having to make the bartender explain everything
The rooms were lovely and clean, the drinks were great and the location was fantastic too. I wasn’t expecting it to be quite so close, especially to the beach

Great location, clean, good food & breakfast, close to beach great location, staff were amazing & so friendly/helpful - Marina restaurants were great

United KingdomThe first impression - there is no greenery, trees, shrubs or grass in front of the hotel. The hotel will definitely do with some investment in that area. It would create a much nicer ambience for the guests, especially that one of the swiming pools is in front of the hotel with no natural screaning. There are a lot of sun beds for the guests, however there are definitely not enough parasols.
Very good variety of food and drink during breakfast, lunch and dinner. We had an all inclusive package. We had a standard room with a sea view, which was a bonus. The room size was good, only down side was not enough storage space but it wasn't a major problem. Animation team offered a variety of activities throughout the day e.g. yoga or pool exercises. In the evening there was always a good entertainment programme - well attended by the guests.
