For a 4 star hotel the coffee at breakfast was very bad. There was only one machine that used real coffee beans and it broke often! The food was overall good - but the eating area was chaotic, noisy and not relaxing. The dining space has really bad acoustics so expect alot of noise! The trolley that clears the used plates was terribly loud, as it rolled over the floor tiles constantly. Bizarrely some of the guests were rude, especially when it came to the lift - the lifts are small and slow so it caused some frustrations and clearly some of the guests didn't like to be inconvenienced! We just laughed it off though!

Loved the ocean views from our balcony! The hotel is so close to the beach you can pop over for a morning swim before breakfast! Front desk staff were helpful and kind.

the deluxe room has a very small closet and there are very few hooks to hang clothes 1 out of 3 elevators was broken only 2 elevators for this many people is very annoying. the food was mostly cold the rooms could be cleaned better, floors and surfaces and also the drawers

One of the lifts was out of order for the duration of our stay, 2 were working but busy. Normally wouldn't be a big issue, but one of us in a wheelchair, so always had to use the lift, couldn't take the stairs. Just unfortunate.

The location is incredible, the food excellent and the rooms and hotel in general are spotless , well done to the cleaners! Staff, especially on reception super helpful. Thanks.

As a solo traveler, I wouldn't come here again only because of so many children running around the venue crying or grumpy elderly people that tells you to be quiet if you are on the balcony and speak on the phone at 11 pm.

The venue was great, the staff amazing, the food was good too, perfect place if you have children or if you are a senior person. I came to meet my best friends that have a daughter and everyone that works here made my stay, even for a day, really nice.

It would be good to have more gluten-free food options in the restaurants but other than that, no feedback.

The bed was incredible and so comfy. There was cava in the room on arrival which was really nice. The staff were lovely and really helpful. Breakfast was also great. Overall, really great value for money.

the buffet food could be a little better it was slightly repetitive but this is what you usually get in an all inclusive, we had breakfast in the hotel and sometimes lunch but always ate out for dinner

That the sun wasn’t around for long by the Adult pool. Was a little disappointed that we were offered any form of upgrade at check In. Also on our 2nd night we went down for dinner and once we sat down we wasn’t asked if we wanted any drinks (we knew we had to pay for them) Felt because we was HB that they weren’t too bothered about asking us and they just brought a bottle of water over and walked off.

Hardly any parking at the hotel and it was end of the season in October so what would it be like in high season? Need more staff as always queues to the pool bars and had trouble clearing tables/getting drinks during meal times so sometimes queues there too. Another thing, not hotels fault but worth mentioning is that you get sun in the morning and around 2pm it was all shade by the pool in October.

Stayed for 4 nights in October on all inclusive. Decent variety of food but with limited options, especially if you are vegetarian. All drinks branded and fab cocktails, fresh juice at breakfast. Excellent location right on the beach. Ok for snorkelling but not the clearest. (Recommend a short car trip to Cala Mitjana or Sa Nau for that). Reception staff was very good and helpful and cleaning staff did an amazing job everyday. Room was a superior double with sea view and balcony and all was as described and on pictures. A la carte restaurant on the pool level was extra €20 per person but worth it with lovely service and nice food.

- Lunch and Dinner Buffet -> not enough vegetables, besides cold salat and grilled eggplant - no buffet outside (on the terrace or something), but only inside) - stressed out bar tenders on the sea view pool side (restaurant and also in the bar) - no billiard before 6pm - not enough outside being activities like billiard outside or table tennis - Place for sitting outside for live music was not enough -> should be without tables but more like a row of seats, so nobody need to sit inside the bar to watch the show. :(

- Entertainment group was nice - Reception people were nice - Food was good. A lot of fruits and good cheese and good and a loooot of meat (vegetables could be more). - Night Live Entertainment was good -> nice singers

There was a constant bad smell coming from the bathroom. Pool bar staff (floor 0) was unpleasant and unprofessional - most of the time didn’t greet us or even look at us.

Great location for those who like to swim in the ocean. Comfortable bed. Food was OK.

Very nice rooms, new hotel facilities, delicious food and easygoing staff speaking also German, French. Location of the hotel is perfect to stay for the family or couple holidays, swim. the hotel has an ideal location for tourists who would like to take public buses to the airport or Palma as bus stop is 200 m away from the hotel.

Half board was confusing - you only got soft drinks with breakfast, not lunch/dinner so ending up spending a lot on water. Whilst the rooms were lovely, be careful on location of the room - the first room we were given was pretty much in the evening outdoor entertainment giving zero privacy. This should be explained when choosing a room as we would have upgraded had we known. Sunbeds around the pool! Get up at 6am or you won’t get one.

The location was perfect, on a beautiful cove. The staff were very helpful (and liked to talked a lot!) The room was spacious, with lovely sized balcony perfect for two to sit outside
