It was a lovely stay, unfortunately now that we have a puppy we are not allowed anymore in this hotel. It would be great if they could have at least some rooms available for pets.

No effort to solve the problem with the difference between prices- at reception and at the breakfast. Also, I almost paid extra for parking ticket, because they haven't checked that I have a 1day parking for 30 eur

This is an excellent hotel located almost within the Sants train station. There is even direct access to the station via an elevator. The staff is very professional, kind and polite. The room was very clean with all you need for a short stay.

The price was quite high when I stayed here, but overall it was worth it for the excellent location.

Really great location, right above the railway station. To access you need to leave the station (via the South/West exit) and turn back on yourself and the entrance is behind you. Staff are great and I can recommend the breakfast. Ideal if you have arrived/are departing by train.

Check In!!! even with 5 staff doing the check in there was still a long queue and 20 mins wait. they type in all the information from each guests identity card / passport rather than just scanning it.

Soundproofing to the outside world is good, but not internally. I could hear the neighbours thumping around at 5am.

Only drawback is finding the entrance. It's outside at the back of the station, one small entrance then a lift to the lobby.

On top of railway station so convenient. Rooms very nice. Well equipped and comfortable bed. Great shower as well.

On-line check-in has been offered, but didn't work. Waiting time at reception too long, number of receptionists could be increased.

Breakfast: rich choice of everything...proteins, sweets, vegetables, carbs. Quality of food very good, buffet plate punctually refilled. Room was clean, comfortable and quiet. Bed was perfect.

The rooms were very small spacious and the beds were massive and so comfortable.

Only a problem if you not travelling with a partner, but there I not a lot of privacy in the bathroom.

Rooms are spacious and clean. Comfortable bed and pillows. Location is great especially if you are arriving and leaving Barcelona by tran. Very convenient.

Took a while to find the kettle. Duvet cover had a small stain (which obviously hadn’t washed out because otherwise fresh and clean) TV has little in the way of British channels. Have stayed in a lot of lower end privately hosted apartments who provide Netflix.. just a suggestion! Had to phone reception and finally go downstairs to order room service as dialled 4 and phone would ring and then hang up. tried several times.

minimalist fun space centre themed interior. good sized room huge bed fabulous shower. rooms provide little extras like toothbrush and paste, razor and cream, vanity set. Bed was extremely comfortable pillows amazing. Best nights sleep very quiet. Buffet breakfast huge choice delicious outstanding. perfect location above the station with lifts.

Wi-fi was not working so good at times. There were some details on the bathroom (like not toilet brush). The chair of the dedicated workspace is uncomfortable if you spend lot of hours on it.

Location and view are amazing. The theming of the hotel is really great and innovative. Room is really big and comfy. Bathroom is nice and the tub was really convenient for relaxing. Linens were high quality and bed really great for a cozy sleep. A nice dedicated workspace.
