New Zealand26 Reviews1 helpful voteWonderfulNo Netflix at all, it's way better to improve their entertainment services especially if someone stays for a couple of days just to relax and chill ( staycation ). They lack smart tv that connects to wifi & other entertainment sites like YouTube. .
The rest of the services were excellent & the buffet breakfast exceeded our expectations amazing food, good location near the train station and buses.

Reception was quick and efficient for us and the room was comfortable, modern and very clean. We had all the facilities we needed for one night, but I would also happily stay here for longer.

The location is superb. Just above the train station. Convenient for our arrival at and departure from the train station. To locate hotel, we had to use google map. The entrance is at back of station, turn left. The beds are very comfortable. Room is modern. We highly recommend this hotel

The location is pretty central, near to many forms of transportation, making it super convenient for travelling. The staff are friendly and the room is nicely cleaned up everyday. Strong air conditioning system and hot water heater.

Perfect location if you're travelling by train in or out of Santa station as it's directly above the station. Rooms are stylish, spacious with comfortable beds and wonderful rain showers. Breakfast was an enormous buffet with everything you can imagine.

The hotel room was spacious and very clean. As I traveled for work, I appreciated the large desk very much. If you travel by train the location directly above the train station is unbeatable. The breakfast offers everything from fresh fruit to eggs and pancakes.
