We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.

GermanyReally nice hotel with a modern design and a quirky space theme! I really found my room very nice (top most floor, city views) and super clean...and the bed was huge and extremely comfortable! I had to work remotely in my room for a couple of days during my stay, and I found the desk to be quite comfortable as well. More importantly, the internet connection was very good. No issues whatsoever! The location of the hotel was also super convenient, as it's perched right on top of the Barcelona Sants station. It can't get any more convenient than that! The staff was super friendly and quick to respond. I definitely enjoyed my stay here!

United KingdomOne of the staff that was doing our check in didn't properly explain that we have another room and gave us only one room, and we had run downstairs again to ask. When we asked that we had two rooms she just that she does not know and impolitely said that we should try to open the next room as well. No clear explanation.
The rooms were spacious with comfortable beds. Great atmosphere. We had two interconnecting rooms. One of the best hotels that I have been to. Would definitely recommend. The location is a bit far from beaches. But close to the city centre.

Czech RepublicIt’s not minus (for me), but it is quite busy hotel (a lot of people here), so I guees, it is not for a romantic stay in Barcelona :) Quite small room Flooded bathroom after taking a shower (water is completely everywhere!) Cleaning-up might be better too (after entering the room after successful and fast check-in, there were a lot of hair on the bathroom floor after previous visitors)

United KingdomI found the toilet door a bit odd- in this very trendy hotel I felt like i was in a caravan the way the door slid across and didn't hide very much! Also I thought the ' galaxy'/spaceship theme was a bit weird and didn't relate to anything in the building. All I could think was the marketing team had gone on an away day and someone had come up with what they thought was a bright idea- ' I know lets have a spaceship theme!' Anyway despite that it's a very good hotel!
Good size room with huge window and fabulous views. Great location for the station- just walk through the station and you are there- in fact it is signposted in the station. The bed was huge! Breakfast was excellent- so much choice and staff very helpful- although you do have to share it with lots of groups of businessmen talking about business not what you want first thing in the morning when you are on holiday! The dining room is so big like a huge canteen.

GermanyWe were not so excited about the space theme, but since the hotel opted for it I would recommend having stars on the ceiling in the rooms to enhance the atmosphere. It would also be helpful to have a couple of signs in the train station pointing toward the hotel - we did not find the path to the entrance to be so obvious.
The room was spacious and had a good view of the city. We very much enjoyed the wide variety available at breakfast. The hotel's location was perfect for us, since we arrived and left by train.

United KingdomThere was no tea/coffee making facility in the room which should have been included and it took a long time to arrive. We didn’t check I until 2300 and the kettle didn’t arrive until around midnight. The staff were very apologetic though.
