Some lower dining chairs at the bar rather than the 'stool' type available, especially for a short person!

Perfect for a one night stay when arriving in Barcelona late in the day by train. Quiet rooms and a peaceful feel throughout the 'space age' hotel. Really good food available from the bar with friendly and attentive staff serving. The buffet breakfast was excellent.

Overheated - need to cool the rooms better - thermostats did not work A more easy to understand and convenient entrance from Barcelona Sants than walking all round the complex to get to the main door of the hotel. Better rates and better value

Very poor security in the hotel euro takes me some one 17/03/2024 Sunday around 06:00 pm me and my friends going to my room from Looby to lift some ( he and she) one follow me and ask some help me and my friend and come to my room He and she threatened me and my friend to take cash 5000 euro in a bag Afterwards I will go to the hotel lobby and compliment the hotel manager, I ask to see the camera and you identify if you know the person, but she is told to go to the police and compliment to above Next day our flight That is reason no compliment rasise the above matter

The shower exit has very limited privacy especially if you are with other travelers . Would have liked a bit more privacy while trying to dry off and get dressed. Maybe a curtain or a way to cover the clear frame around the mirror would help.

Location was over the metro and rail system which gave easy access to a lot of the areas in Barcelona. Plenty of things to see in walking distance from the hotel.

An otherwise impressive stay was spoiled by an attempt to charge us twice for our breakfasts. This was blamed (with eventual apology) on the clerk who took our payment on arrival. However, it required considerable persistence to convince the checkout clerk that our receipt was correct and the computer entry wrong. We also found the receipt had been printed on the back of another guest’s receipt, including their passport number. Oh dear!

A very comfortable, spacious room high above the main railway station with a great view over the southern city. The breakfast buffet is extensive and the food excellent. Easy connections by metro and bus across the city.

I don't go a lot on the spaceship theme but it's a bit of fun.

Just an overnight stop this time but for arriving and leaving by train it's unbeatable! Breakfast very good. Blinds (electric) in bedrooms are excellent and probably necessary.

This hotel is not cheap but is good value for money. It is supremely convenient for anyone arriving late or leaving early from Barcelona Sants train station, being literally on top of the station. It's clean, and very comfortable and feels a bit luxurious - great views from the room we had. Also had a bar and food so you didn't need to go out if you didn't want to

Modern clean hotel in very convenient location if using Barcelona Sants train station. Nearby metro only a few stops into the city centre and also to Sagrada Familia. Reception very friendly, with a welcome drink on arrival. Breakfast was excellent (cheaper on check in than if booked in advance) - large buffet with hot and cold food, juice, fruit, coffee, omelettes made to order. Room was spacious with large comfy bed, complimentary bottles of water.

Language barrier as house cleaning staff doesn't understand or speak in English so that made it difficult to make them understand to clean the mugs and glasses every day as we use them for tea/coffee.

Room, breakfast and location were amazing. Lighting in the room was not sufficient it was dim especially around the room mirror there was no light. The cleaning staff don't clean the mugs and glasses that you use so you have to ask the reception every day. Rest it's a nice hotel with all the amenities one looks for especially, it is closer to the train station so if you are moving from one city to another, that is a good place to stay.

The spaceship design didn't do a lot for us. I'm sure most spacemen/women would love a flushing toilet and 2 basins in their module. But it's a bit of fun. We are coming back to land in Barcelo soon.

Very convenient for station, metro, tourist bus routes etc. Breakfast very good - muesli and fruits and nuts etc. . The room - great - 2 basins! Everything good - as it should be for the price. Breakfast was also on special offer, wouldn't bother otherwise.

I am a frequent customer as I remember last renovation happened in first decade. Some facilities including window shades need to be renovated The elevators gets more shaky every time I visit comparing to the last time Especially the one to the sants
