Breakfast starts too late if you ask me @07:00 so if you have an early train you’d miss it and they don’t really have an option to have you take packed breakfast with you although lady that serves breakfast was lovely and allowed me to take what I want I could only take few fruits with me. This was my second stay in two years and it was kind of sad to see that many fittings inside the room have greatly deteriorated. For example shower fittings had their chrome falling off, socket meant for hair dryer didn’t work and was very loose, there were scuffs and marks everywhere around the room and room bar only had two bottles of still water inside. PS. Please take this constructively I really wanna come back and not find it more deteriorated but neither more expensive 😊

As a lover of everything Outer Space this is the most amazing design every hotel has ever had, at least of all the ones I stayed in. It’s really inspiring and mind blowing at first sight. Location is amazing as I was traveling by train through Barcelona and this hotel is located on top of the main train station it is the only logical choice. Breakfast is also the most amazing breakfast you can get with something for every taste. You even have the most amazing choice of pillows for a comfortable sleep and bed was very comfortable too.

I’d like to see them do more to reduce plastic - there were 2 bottles of water in the fridge, they must go through so many bottle and it’s essentially single-use plastic. I’d like to see a water filter available instead, so people can refill the glasses n their room. This could be on each floor.

Weird fascination with space theme which meant it didn’t really know who it is catering for - families or businesses which better suit its location.

You need to outline the steps in the entry lounge> they could (Are) too hard to see and people could take a bad fall on The same can be said for the ones out onto the footpath.

We couldn't get the wifi to work by scanning the QR code and this seemed to be the only way of getting it and its only displayed at Reception.

The breakfast was excellent.The hotel location is perfect being next door to the train station.The staff were friendly, polite, helpful.

Wifi was glitchy.

Great location part of the Barcelona Sants station as we were tourng by train. Our room on 7th floor had a great view westwards across the city. Space travel theme was fun. Room was spacious , modern and clean.

Not a massive issue but the aircon in our room wasn’t working very well the first night, which meant it was a little stuffy in the room. The staff did help to fix it and our second night was much better!

The property was in the perfect location for buses, taxis and trains. The staff were lovely and the accomodations overall modern, clean and spacious. Loved our stay here and would definitely go back!
