AustraliaThe decor of the hotel is a bit strange, based on an outer space theme.
Great location for a long or short stay, right on top of the Barcelona railway station. We had four nights here and found getting around very easy. The metro green line L3 runs directly to the centre of the city (Placa Catalunya) and also along La Rambla to the waterfront. The hotel is very modern, the rooms clean and comfortable, although not huge.

First night we had to stay in room without any windows which was unpleasant (it was overbooked perhaps and our reservation was lost) but for next nights we got a great room. Team was also very nice and helpful with that. The view was nice

this is a business oriented hotel - they are always having congress, meetings, etc. - it´s certainly not a romantic place, but it is very well located (above the main railroad station in Barcelona) - from here all public transport is available - make sure you include your breakfast in the reservation, it´s very good but can be pricey afterwards - its is a "themed" hotel, like a space station... weird but OK....

AustraliaThe air conditioning had a lock on it. At times we couldn’t put the cooling on. One morning the room got to 27 degrees (celsius for any Americans reading this) with only heating or fan as an option. We had to call reception a few times to unlock the cooling option.
The staff were very friendly and helpful. The bed and pillows were super comfortable. The location isn’t too bad, it’s just above the Barca-Sants train station where you can catch the metro to anywhere or it’s a 3-5km walk to tourist attractions. The room was spacious

New ZealandThe lifts are rubbish at peak times and we could hear our neighbours walk around and talking when we were in the room . But we were our being tourists most of the time so mostly early morning or late night. Precooked breakfast ie. scrambled eggs bacon etc was not hot.

Czech RepublicFour stars with just 0.5l of water per person as a compliment. A tap water is non-consumable, it smells chlorine unbearably. But this you can leave with. But the worst are ELEVATORS. There 4 of them, but only three working, and they live their own life. They do not react to buttons. They can bring it to your floor - or not. They could just run right on the top and then go down stopping on every floor, no matter if any buttons were pressed inside or outside. You could spend 10 min or more trying just to get to the lobby.
Great location, really on top of the main railway station. Interesting design, nice personal. Comfortable beds.
