We didn’t love that ants made it to the space station. We had ants as far up as level 6 (bless those hard working creatures), and had to take care with any food left out (small refrigerator for whatever would fit). I wish there could be signage to encourage others to be quiet whilst walking in hallways. Echo chamber, slamming doors was a bit frustrating.

Located LITERALLY above the train station, so couldn’t be better to catch an early train! We loved the space station theme and all of the care that went into small details. Our room was comfortably air conditioned. Beds were 5 star for comfort!

Extremely happy with our stay at Barcelo Sants. Very Clean, very helpful team most especially Adria, he was the one who checked us in and ensured that everything is well taken cared of for our family, the breakfast was spectacular, the metro station is just downstairs. The general manager even sent notes to their guests 1 day before check out. Reception is 24hours. Easy to book a taxi and hop on hop off buses too. The pillows, wow among all the hotels i have stayed for this trip, Barcelo Sants is the most generous, I believe there are about 3 pillows per guest. Photos on the booking.com website is correct. It is those little things that make it even more special.

It’s expensive but you certainly get value for money.

Everything was great!!

Perfect location for exploring Barcelona as the hotel is above the railway station! We couldn't even hear the trains from our room. The room was a good size and cleaned each day. The breakfasts were really good, lots of variety to choose from. The hotel staff were great, very helpful, and quick to action any request. When you are a new visitor to Barcelona and Spain in general, the stay and the hotel team really helped us enjoy our 1st few days in Spain.

Every time I went to reception the staff were dealing with an unhappy patron, and it was always something about the hotel’s credit card policy. The absence of a dinner restaurant in house was a surprise but not a huge problem. Breakfast looked good but opened too late to be useful to me 😫

The shower drain could not drain fast enough it would cause a mess. The raves outside the hotel got a little loud while traveling with my son. But overall very great hotel

Small point: Finding the hotel took a few minutes. It’s above the station but the signage is not obvious. South-west exit past the high speed train section is the best way.

It was a one night stay, arriving late on a train from Paris and leaving the following morning for Madrid, and we had an excellent experience. The beer in the bar was delivered to our table by a robot. The bed was huge and extremely comfortable. Everywhere was scrupulously clean. On the recommendation of Alessandria on reception we ate breakfast in-house. Wow what an amazing quality spread. Good option. Everything worked well and it was good value.
