Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.

By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

IrelandFood, for breakfast and evening meal was very disappointing. Definitely not five star. Bedroom was not a suite. It was merely two adjoining bedrooms, one of which had been cleared of beds etc

United KingdomThe constant boom box hideous music and the ‘singer’ around the pool. Not everyone wants their peace shattered by entertainment - mediocre at best. It’s like being in 1970s Spain with my parents again!

United KingdomThe Royal Level is quite a bit more expensive so it was annoying to see several people without Royal Level wrist bands taking their kids (often noisy!) to swim in the RL pool as it was heated quieter and shallower. New Years Eve was a bit of a disappointment, the food was fantastic but the entertainment was pretty much the same as any other night apart from a disco. Having stayed at the Bahai Fantasia the NYE last year it doesn’t compare!
The hotel food was exceptional, it is definitely worth upgrading to the Royal Level as their restaurant is much quieter and you are served food to your table if preferred. The pool is also a lot quieter and right at the front of the hotel overlooking the sea.

Royal level pool and service was brilliant. Plenty of beds and no fighting. Food was really good.

United KingdomMain problem was there were insufficient toilet facilities throughout the resort, given the number of guests being catered for.'There were several occasions where queues for the loos caused me to panic
Great choice of food, breakfast, lunch and dinner, friendly efficient service. We had a Royal Level booking so all the food and drinks were included even the top shelf brands. The exclusive Royal Level swimming pool was a haven of peace & tranquility, with a great selection of freely available Cocktails. The evening entertainment was varied and professional.

United KingdomAfter a room clean, only 1 towel was left in my room. I had to call reception 3 times to ask for a 2nd towel and this wasn’t delivered to my room until 6 hours after the first call. My balcony door was left unlocked after a room clean which was concerning as my luggage was left temporarily unsecured. Drinks glasses often weren’t cleared away from the day before, so the royal level pool would open and dirty drinks glasses were left from the day before.
Absolutely outstanding food and service in the royal level restaurant and royal level pool area. All royal level areas were very pleasant, comfortable and relaxing. Royal level reception were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay.

United KingdomThe entertainment in the evening wasn’t great, didn’t particularly capture my attention and was very stereotypical of any family resort in spent, that’s not necessarily bad but didn’t match the luxury ‘sell’ of the hotel. The food was a bit hit and miss and ended up just paying for evening meals in the restaurants which were much nicer. It would be even better if the royal level pool did snacks, felt like an effort as it’s such a huge hotel site to get dress and walk across to somewhere where there is food in the day. The hotel beds weren’t particularly comfortable.
The entire site was clean, luxurious and is designed in a way that means it always feels quiet and peaceful even when at capacity. In the Royal level pool, the drinks and poolside service were fantastic and loungers/beds comfortable.

United StatesThe air conditioning had to be run all day to keep the room comfortable. The hand held shower was broken and the mount to hold it to the wall was broken as well.
We had half-board at the Royal level and both the breakfast and dinner were outstanding. The breakfast, dinner, and pool staff were incredible. The location was great for us, much quieter than other locations on Tenerife.

SwitzerlandSound insulation in the rooms was poor, and noise from adjacent rooms and hallways could be heard clearly. Additionally, the room interiors were outdated and could benefit from some updating. Lastly, the plumbing fixtures in the bathroom were also dated and in need of repair, which detracted from the overall experience.
I enjoyed the hotel's food, particularly the breakfast buffet. The Royal Level beach and bar were also great features, and the staff were friendly and welcoming.

United KingdomThe app promoted by the hotel to use for services was not well utilised, in some cases I had to follow up requests such as room service. The interactive map however was very handy and should be promoted more over the physical one.
The staff were very attentive, friendly and helpful. The complex was large with a lot of different areas to relax so it never felt overcrowded.

United KingdomThere are currently building works going on next to the hotel which is a total eyesore, unfortunately our balcony faced these building works. The service in the Royal Level Restaurant was excellent, however, the buffet food was, in our opinion, not hot enough and plates were not heated which didn’t help. Also, the dress code in the Restaurant was not adhered to or enforced which was disappointing.
The location is perfect for those wishing to be away from the busier resorts. The hotel is very large but you soon get your bearings. All staff are very professional, helpful and welcoming.

United KingdomThe hotel is definitely not a 5 star establishment. The lifts were in need of cleaning and some tlc along with some of the communal areas, especially the doors exiting onto the pool areas. Unfortunately the Wellness/Spa service was poor. We were unable to book any treatments due to shortage of staff.
Staff were very pleasant and helpful a big thank you to Charleen. The Royal Level pool and surrounding area was very nice and well equipped. The food and service in both the Royal Level and Dolce Vita restaurant was excellent.

United Kingdomwe paid extra for Royal level but the view from the room was of a building site, there wasn’t the fizz welcome reception as advertised. the royal level restaurant on all inclusive was nice but I actually preferred the main buffet anyway in the evening. given there’s the cute fishing town within walking distance we would probably not stay all inclusive if we were to come again. we ate out for dinner and lunch twice and the restaurants outside the hotel far exceed a buffet experience (as is always the case with all inclusive food). the mini bar wasn’t replenished once, we had to call daily to be given some cartons of water.
comfy beds and pillows clean rooms the location - plenty of places to wander: 10 minute walk to the cute seaside town of Los Abrigos - the restaurants do amazing paella, Canarian potatoes and bruschetta - a must! The nature park, and the little town with bars and the restaurant called Old Fashioned. Then another harbour about 40 mins walk away.
