NetherlandsReception staff is friendly, but is not really capable with helping you around town when asked. E.g. 16 May was apparently a bank holiday as the 15th was on a Sunday, but still then sent us to a closed museums. And when asking around restaurants or helping with a booking in Spanish it not really worked out.
Great breakfast, easy to reach, good location, very friendly staff.

QatarI have been to suites with way better setup. This one didnt have a kitchenette nor any appliances (no microwave, no sink to wash dishes) No phone outside the bedroom except the 2nd bathroom! One day cleaning was done very poorly. Though we asked for no cleaning we still got knocked on our door asking if we need service. The fact that you need to take to elevators to get to your rooms not ideal. Pricey menu for meh food. 37 euros for grilled chicken and buttered pasta No coffee was replenished for two days. Though we asked for a crib in advance, we had to ask for it again after checking in and it took a while for them to get it. Not so accommodating during the electricity blackout for a family with kids (even the elderly) even when they had the service elevator running Good and bad, got some birthday sweets delivered to the room when it is no ones birthday! Maybe we had someone’s else cake. Didnt get it until later! Bath tup shower had inconsistent temperature (keep getting cold and hot water at the same time)

IrelandCouldnt really relax anywhere in the room except on the bed as no real seating. Wifi was terrible in our room- very poor for a 5 star hotel. TV didnt work properly perhaps this was also due to the wifi problem, I'm sure though it is something that they will fix.
Staff were excellent - so polite and helpful cant praise them enough. Breakfast was very good. Shower in the room was very good.

United KingdomPool and sauna opens at 10:00 am which is incompatable with breakfast closing at 11:00/11:30 am. Room was overlooked by the gym and had views of an office block. Two seperate lifts required to get to the 8th floor. Breakfast was over price and abit limited and €20/pp/day. Hotel made me unwillingly upgrade due to room availability. My accomodation request for a double bed and bathtub in room was not honoured. Swimming pool is shallow and short in length. Water was supplied in small 500 ml bottles, which if you are staying on the 8th floor; and are thirsty you are in trouble.
Gym is spacious. Pillows comfortable. Central location. Nice sauna and pool.

SwedenI have stayed at numerous 5-star hotels across Europe and interacted with many receptionists, but my experience at this hotel was far from satisfactory. Upon check-in, the young man assisting us was incredibly rude and even sneered during the interaction. This lack of professionalism is unacceptable, especially for a hotel that positions itself as a premium establishment. To add to the disappointment, on the day of check-out, another receptionist attempted to charge us an additional €75 for breakfast. This was despite the breakfast initially costing €200 as stated on the first day, yet on the last day, they asked for €275. After I double-checked with her, she admitted it was a "minor mistake." While everyone can make errors, such issues are unsettling and create mistrust. This hotel urgently needs to improve its customer service by hiring and training more professional and courteous reception staff. My experience here fell far below the standards I have come to expect from a 5-star establishment.
The room was clean, and the housekeeping staff were accurate and fast and incredibly polite, ensuring everything was well-maintained during our stay.

United KingdomWe were on the fourth floor facing Piazza España, and it was quite noisy from sirens from emergency services on a Saturday night. .
Modern rooms which were well appointed. Compliments to the breakfast chef on the egg station who made a fantastic omelette. The breakfasts were very good with lots of choice.
