It was very noisy. We woke up from our neighbor snoring and people coming back from partying. The dinner had a big variety but the quality of the food wasn’t really good.

The room is huge with a big and comfortable bed. The bathroom has a shower and a bathtub. The breakfast was more than expected and really good. They even offered freshly squeezed orange juice.

We had problems with the air con and security safe. Had to come twice as the issue was still there. The sun beds were very uncomfortable, sun lounger cushions should be an option to all residents. There should have more personnel at the bar area. We had dinner and breakfast and some of the food like grilled chicken and meat was not cooked properly very chewy and tasteless. On the buffet table, keep hot foods hot with chafing dishes and warming trays in my opinion.

The hotel staff very friendly and helpful. Beautiful hotel. Lovely decor throughout including the rooms.

At the night it was very loud in the hotel area ( pool area and in some rooms one floor above), it was impossible to sleep all night long.

The hotel room was absolutely perfect and bathroom surpassed my expectations, there were both - bath and shower in each room. Bed and pillows were comfy. Balcony was big. All was very clean.

The main flaw was that our electronic keys went corrupt almost every day, causing us to go down to the reception all the time. Nobody came to fix it after our complaints, until we came back at 10 pm and had another failure, after which they wanted to send someone up for repairs (?). Only at the end of our one week stay someone at the reception mentioned that keeping the card next to your cell phone probably was the cause of the corruption. Does no one else know about this? And if that is the case, why not choose a more practical solution?

The hotel is rather average, but recommendable enough. Spacious room, good mattress, so-so pillows. In general quite tidy. I don't use the lounge areas in hotels, but this one is pretty dull. Fairly large choice at breakfast, but the taste of the cooked food is rather bland. The hotel is surprisingly noisy, or maybe some of it's guests are. I can't figure out what type of guests the hotel caters for, but they can't all be golfers, for whom golf courses are at their feet. Otherwise it's a bit out of the way of anything else. (We visited family that live within walking distance).

Too many young adults with no families causing a lot of night time noise they party a lot and I think some do smoke as well The insulation between rooms is not good you can hear everybody on top and on the side and the yelling and screaming can go on all night long which disturb your sleep I had issue with my toilet leaking but they tried to fix it and it was nice as they were willing to change my room I think bedrooms are getting old Staff otherwise was extremely nice and helpful So if it wasn’t for the noise my reviews would’ve been better
