The need to get the keys in another part of the city is very annoying. Strong audibility from the entrance due to the complete lack of soundproofing of the front door. View from most of the windows onto the wall of the neighboring house.

The apartment has adjustable air temperature, everything is clean and works as it should. The concierge is friendly and always ready to help.

Hair dryer didn’t work .

It was brilliant . Size. position. Clean. Comfortable . My friend snores really badly so it was prefect bedrooms with both bathrooms between us . I didn’t hear a thing. Thank you .

The hot water in one bathroom ran out in 2 minutes. Seems there might be an issue with one of the water heaters. Elevator is very small and slow so it may take 2 trips to get everything to room. Noisy neighbors and you can hear things on other floors. Location is good. Apartment itself is comfortable though.

The stairs were a bit long however the lift made that bit better, to be honest didn’t really have any complains with this property very happy!

The location was very good along with the food options,metro and cabs being very easily accessible. Showers offered nice water pressure along with the host giving extra necessities e.g tooth brushes,soaps.

The hot water was inconsistent. host said they would fix it but never let us know any updates while we were gone & once we came back the problem was never solved.

It is perfectly located around most tourists spots, which made it easier to navigate throughout the city.

Getting keys are the real issue. They can put a single machine that scans ID card, gets the payment and hands out the cards automatically. Thats not a rocket science technology. Most of the hotels have it.

The aparment is perfection in terms of location, cleanliness and comfort.

We had to pick up keys from another far location only disclosed after our booking. We paid 220 euro for one night and when picking up keys had to leave an additional 200 euro deposit for any damages returned two weeks later. Had a bad sewer smell coming from bathroom. Though spacious and clean not well considered for guests and when I did our washing I had to lay it on kitchen chairs as no portable clothes line.

The idea of going to the center of Barcelona, where there is no parking at all to pick up a key is non sense, I lost more than an hour to do so and the coast by uber or to find a place to park a car is terrible. I believe you need to figure it out a different away.

The apartment is big, the amenities are super helpful. Really good location and easy access. Two big rooms, good shower. Everything was great.

Although it was clean, there were paint stains on the floor from a recent (?) renovation. No hand soap was in the bathrooms. The fact that you had to collect the keys from a different building far from the property made a big disappointment.

Big appartment that comfortably fit 4-5 people. The two bathrooms made the stay even more comfortable. There were enough kitchen supplies o cook as well.

It was clean, everything was working, the bus to the beach was at 2 mn sagrada familia was too close. With the high temperatures the AC was working really good. Overall perfect price to quality ratio

The biggest issue is noise. The entrance door is very thin and there are no carpets or anything neither in the hall or apartment, it was extremely noisy during the night, just from people walking in and out of their places. If you have small kids - you might reconsider :) Apart from that, some smaller issues, that almost didn’t matter, sharing so it could be improved. There was no cutting board, very little cutlery, no coffee starter pack or any welcome package. View to the wall from all windows:)

Great location! Clean and spacious! Staff response was very quick. Also two toilets and two showers.
