Francethe fact that one had to take a 35 € taxi ride each way to get the keys 5 km away, then stand in office with argumentative guy telling me I signed for a caution deposit, I said no ways did I even see it, we went through my iPad and perhaps hidden in a menu the might be the deposit but it’s not clear at all, he lroceed3d to turn computer all the way to show me Spanish version, ?.???? so we paid €156.00 for room, €200 deposit, €70 taxi and delayed by 2 hours , arrived 11pm to discover adress is not same or close for keys? got to apartment at 01h00 … I would say never again, perhaps if price is lower for a family for a week but shop around..

RomaniaThe key takeover procedure is annoying. Also the policy with the depozit and contract signing is annoying. BTW the stuff didn't hand over a copy of the contract that we had to sign. The deposit was reverted however. The sofa could use a cleaning. Also a chair was broken. There are no consumables in the kitchen, so you either have to avoid using it, or buy consumables in excess, creating waste. The coffee machine uses a special capsule, that you can find in the area, only in the Mercadona supermarket (d'Aussias Marc with C. de Ribes) There is a lot of noise too, you can hear everything from the neighbors and from the stairs. Also there are windows towards the stairs, providing constant light during the night. It seems that there are more apartments in the building with similar look, so probably your apartment will not be exactly like the one on the picture.
The location is good. You have Metro near, but the Gothic charter and Sagrada familia are in walking distances. There are shops nearby. Also there is enough space for a family in the apartment

We got a different apartment as the one we booked had some problems but we were really happy as it was a really good upgrade. The apartment was a specious one with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and even a terrace without any additional costs. We really enjoyed our stay there as a family of 4 :)

CanadaKey pick-up was very inconvenient, elevator didn't work first day, no microwave, no view, building is noisy (you can hear people talking from other floors, door creaks, door banging, toilet flushes) the walls definitely need repainting, and floor was quite dirty when we got there (i had to mop myself as we kept getting our socks black) Not a place i would stay at again.
Good location, lots of good ammenities inside the apartment (washing machine, dishes/cuttleries, 3 thermostats).

RomaniaIt was a bit uncomfortable to go to another location for the key. But we manged quite well. In one apartment there were 5 persons and for one person in the extra bed there was no blanket. But we survived. Thanks to the warm weather. I am still looking to receive my 400 euro guarantee for the apartments as we all respected all the rules.
The apartments were very nice: clean, comfy, large enough. The location was very good, close to many landmarks. The young man who gave us the instructions was very polite and friendly, with sense of humour.

United KingdomThe check in desk was a 25 min drive from the actual apartment. Beds were very hard, the pillows looked like it was half a pillow. No extra pillows or towels. The shower seemed to have a timer for hot water and the Iron didn’t work.

United KingdomFirstly, did not receive a welcome email to suggest we needed to pick up keys 20 minutes away from the apartment. (Cost effective and tiring with 2 young children) The lift access was appalling! Not fit for purpose of pushchair or wheelchair users… I got stuck with my baby for over 35 minutes in the lift as it had broken late at night. Luckily help was sent fairly rapidly after. Reception team ignored over 20 phone calls the night of the lift incident and suddenly answered straight away on a different number! Apologised for saying that the lift wasn’t to my liking…. However barely 2 people can fit into it, personally it’s down to safety in my eyes as it’s like a cardboard box. We were placed on the 5th floor of the apartment, which didn’t make sense considering the lift is utterly inadequate for families/children however the management were aware I had young children because i had a travel cot in my room. We did eventually move to the ground floor after complaining and was greeted by a maintenance man for the key exchange, although did not offer to carry a very heavy suitcase down 5 flights of stairs due to the lift being broken. The first two nights at this apartment unfortunately ruined the whole experience of staying at this accommodation but nevertheless I still love Barcelona… just won’t return to Cosmo apartments again. Also no toiletries were provided which is stated in the description!
Great location.. very short walk to the Sagrada Familia and lovely little bar downstairs. Nice and clean apartment, did the job for a few nights and very close to Marina Metro station with surrounding bars.

FinlandNo soap and shampoo. There is no luggage storage at the location of the apartment, keys must be collected within 20 minutes by transport from the apartments which is very inconvenient. One of the two showers did not have hot water. Very poor soundproofing, we only slept half the night. You can hear everything: people walking up the stairs, barking dogs, neighbors talking and taking a shower and their alarm clock early in the morning. There is a cigarette hole on the couch even though the room is non-smoking. Some chairs cannot be picked up, parts fall off from them, the same thing happens with the toilet brush. There is a TV but it doesn't work. Late check-in at 15:00 and early check-out at 11:00.

Saudi Arabiathe keys are in another location so you have to pay like 30 euros in taxi just to pick up the keys. If the keys don’t work or you forget it inside, you will have to pay another taxi to pick up another keys! no staff in the building and they don’t deliver the keys! is not worthy don’t stay here you will spend about 60 more euros

Excellent location, close to the center as to the beach. The whole building has been renovated for the purpose of apartments for rent. There is an elevator, which is great when carrying suitcases. The equipment in the apartment is ok, - dishwasher, washer, - although we didn't use any of them. Excellent mattresses!

United Arab Emirates0/10 for ease of access: the key collection reception is a 25 min car ride or 13 EUR cab from the hotel (one way). Something that Booking.com and Cosmo Apartments failed to mention on the booking page before paying for the booking. All it says “please contact host to collect keys etc”. It’s my right to be informed of this before paying for the room. I will never pay additional money or waste my travel time and energy to go collect a key that’s no where near the property. 0/10 for convenience and ease of mind during international travel. After the key collection fiasco, the key cards given were magnetic. Meaning if the key card touches your mobile phone, even accidentally, they’ll get disabled. if that happens, you have to go back 25 mins and pay 13 EUR to collect a new key. Its 2022 and magnetic keys are a thing of the past, for the amount of money paid, this is below standard and the most basic of things. I had to ask for additional key cards and keep them with a friend who lives in Barcelona incase of emergency. 0/10 for the unnecessary stress, the lack of customer service and the terrible attitude I received from the receptionist once I explained the above. I travelled for 13 hours only to be met with all of this and the receptionist doing this 🤷🏼♀️. Lastly, the couch is filthy and needs to be deep cleaned. In covid times, all amenities are available (mini shampoo/conditioner/dental) and no hand soap. I don’t recommend and will not be returning, there are better options with 0 stress.
It’s a good location and is great 2 people or 2 couples, 10-25 min walking distance major attractions. It’s spacious and has what you need to use for a couple of days. The apartment is well maintained with some smaller issues that need addressing.
