Woodwork, esp in kitchen, could do with painting. Larger mugs for tea/coffee. No storage in twin room…. Just hangers . A few floating shelves would make a difference.

- zero noise isolation due to ancient windows and woodwork, VERY noisy at night - mattress hard, pillows old and inadequate in main bedroom - toilet very tiny, some acrobatics needed to enter and can't sit comfortably. - distribution of the apartment is poor (dining area cramped, non-functional, no place to sit - can't eat there really) - lack of utensils in the kitchen, can't really cook with what's provided - a small investment could improve the apartment (some hangers here and there, some extra electrical plugs, add a shower curtain, a functioning lock in the toilet, perhaps a frame in the large empty walls, ...) - at around 200 euros a night, overprized for what you get

- an excellent location, close to the metro (5 minutes) - at walking distance to some major attractions (10 - 15 minutes) - the area itself is also nice, largely pedestrian and with several bars and restaurants around - flexibility at time of check-in and check-out - the place was clean

Lovely old apartment in a great location. The apartment is petit but has all the basics for a 2 bedroom and it is in a great location, easy access to everything in the city and nice cafes and restaurants near it.

Located abt 10 from BCN Sant by taxi. Easy check in process. Hse is big and can fit in 6ppl( 3BR). Beds are comfy. Kitchen and washer also available. Walking dstance to city ctre and Metro. Groceries around the corner and cafe also at the same building. However only 1 bathroom and 1 toilet, which also very small. TV also small 20".

The twin room was a bit closed and had little natural light.

We really liked it! It was very good located and very easy to walk to the interesting points, but also in a sector in which there were plenty of places to have dinner or drink something. The apartment was very clean and the people in charge were always available to help.

Washing machine and dishwasher made a big difference. Although it is an old building, still comfortable and clean. My friends liked the heaters in the rooms.

The toilet is a bit cramped/small, but note that this is an old apartment that was renovated. The bathroom can do with more hanging rack for clothes, which we have advised Anna.

The location is really great, while it is not in the centre of main attraction such sagrada and gothic quarter, the place is only 5 minute away from public transport ( metro, bus) that can take you the centre in 10 - 15 minutes. It is also pretty much quiet in the evenings, and plenty of excellent restaurants within 5 - 10 minutes walking distance and two excellent Mercado nearby. Anna is extremely helpful and very responsive, which made our stay pleasant.

The owner has obviously had trouble with previous guest as they had charged me a 200 Euro deposit, I believe this might be the case with most places in Barcelona so do your research. When leaving the property I had no idea where to put our bins bags and upon collection of the deposit, I had explained this to the lady who was on duty, I had the sense that she was judging us like the previous guests, but it was simply a couple of bags and when she realised this she returned my deposit to me. Not all tourists are the same.

The property was in an old building with a unique wooden lift which I thought was charming. The apartment was modern, clean and tidy yet it had history and character to it too. The beds were comfy and I had a great nights sleep. The kitchen had all the amenities you needed. The bathroom was modern and the shower had good pressure. It was close to the city centre and the main attractions including Casa Batto which was 10 minutes walk away.

The apartment we chose based on photos and description was completely different. Six women with one bathroom and one mirror was not very comfortable. Sheets were clean but scuffed...

The apartment could do with a little more love. It's a beautiful space in a great building but as primary function for tourism, it feels a bit tired and not looked after. Everything was very clean and tidy, but the beds weren't not super comfy, and felt like it could do with a bit of redecoration/renovation to bring to life a bit. Mainly chosen for the size as needed multiple bedrooms, which it offered, however one was very small single room that fortunately we didn't need as it would have been too small for an adult. Some basic kitchen utensils would have been amazing to include.

Great location in the heart of a lovely residential area. Lots of little coffee shops near by, very green and beautiful buildings. Very close to lots of the main attractions.
