- good for max 4 people. Two of the 4 bedrooms dont have windows and are very small - bare minimum in everything: clean but old towels, no cleanup for 5 days, no real TV, no recent investment in apt keep up. - very bad pillows - very thin walls

Two of the bedrooms do not have real windows, just a wall like 0.5 metres from the glass. The building and the apartment is rather old and worn (but very clean). There is only one bathroom and one toilet. This was ok for us two, but I can imagine that it would be a problem if there are more guests in the same apartment.

We were two friends travelling together, the 3 bedroom was perfect for us. One bedroom is very small and dark, we used it for storing bags. The location is perfect, walking distance to the centre!

Maybe we had an unusual few days, but I'm surprised how many people stated it was a quiet area. We found it quite noisy, finding it difficult to get to sleep, and we were woken many times during the night by noise on the street and other apartments

The AC is only installed in the living room, which makes the bedrooms quite warm during summertime. The host is amazing and responsive, however the personnel in the building is not that friendly, but these are just details. I will definitely keep this option for my next trip to Barcelona.

The TV wasn't a TV but a screen and we could only get radio. The hot water was intermittent. The appt. Was old but spotless.

We loved the apartment and it's location. Extremely clean all around and great facilities in the kitchen. It was a very pleasant surprise to discover that there was a terrace to the rear of our apartment, which would definitely benefit with some seating and maybe a small table, that would be perfect as some early evenings would of been so nice to of had a drink outside before going out.

Couple of small points: another mirror (apart from the one in the bathroom) set of smaller plates would have been handy cutting knives need to be sharper noise carries in the apartment due to lack of soft furnishing

Loved the historical house with the old elevator and the wrought iron entrance door. Sunny breakfast nook was lovely. Clean, tidy and spacious enough. Location good with lovely cafes and restaurants in the area.

The toilet is very small. You can barely fit. The apartment needs a white wash. The sink cannot be used without splashing water. No wardrobe to store clothes in one of the bedrooms. One common AC. For all the Apartment.

No aircon on rooms, the portenia cant speak good english, rooms looks cleaned but it isnt, the bedsheets keeps us itching, and there is no bidet to the toilet.

Apartment is easy access to the metro and bus. It doesnt have aircon on rooms but it okay but its is better if you put electric fans on rooms.

The electricity went for around 12hrs which wasn’t ideal as we had food in the fridge, but the lady in reception sorted it as soon as we told her
