We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

AustraliaSink in the bathroom did not drain properly and when I mentioned this someone came to fix it (and left a calling card) but it still didn’t drain properly. The next day after I returned from being out during the day the cleaner had left the whole sink drainer/plug out of the sink (she probably thought it drain properly either). When I rang and told someone (a male) at the desk no-one came to rectify this. Maybe there was a bit of a language barrier - I’m not certain.
Very close to my work conference venue - the Barcelona convention centre. Most staff were accommodating, friendly and very helpful. Exemplary service from Natalya and David who were only too happy to help me with anything I needed, especially the tourist attractions. The room was always beautifully clean & tidy (except for once when the drainer was left out of the sink). Bed was superbly comfortable. I loved the free bar fridge mineral water which was topped up each day.

The location excellent outside the city but metro stop outside and beside a city tour stop also. The hotel is beside a very large shopping centre and 10 minutes walk to beautiful beach. Breakfast was exceptional everything you could want. Staff were very helpful, kind and polite.

CanadaThe food, whether from the restaurant on the main floor or from room service, was very bad. Some of the worst I've had at a hotel. We didn't try the restaurant on the 3rd floor—that one might be better.
Loved the 24 hour access parking below the hotel. The room was very nicely designed, with a great shower and comfortable bed. The staff were very helpful and nice.

FranceThe duvet was a bit too thin, a thicker one would be better. The automatic settings of the temperature of the room was perfect and the aircon was not noisy or anything, but the duvet was just too thin... There were several American guests taking calls late at night (after 11pm and midnight) in the corridors... They apparently wanted to take the calls outside of their room to avoid waking up their roommates, but they had no care for other guests...
amazing view on the city - seeing the Sagrada Familia in the distance, and bits of the sea :) great breakfast buffet 2 min walk to the sea front - I had an amazing run on the promenade I was too busy to visit the pools, but overall the hotel feels brand new The hotel is a bit far from the city center, but there's a metro and a tram just close by.

United KingdomSlightly clinical as in not much colour to the hotel. Some of the staff serving breakfast and at the front entrance stood to attention without smiling which was a little uncomfortable as it felt like perhaps they were scared of their manager. A little light music in the breakfast area may soften the atmosphere. No aircon as I believe new Spanish law is trying to bring down emissions, so the use of it in winter season is banned. Fair enough but we weren’t allowed to open the window either. That was my only grumble though.
The room and hotel were very clean, modern and spacious. The pools were both heated and nicely designed. Easy access to all floors with many lifts. The hotel staff were all very polite on reception and housekeeping. There were plenty of places to eat and drink and the maintenance man very quick to attend any questions we had about air con. Lots of towels and extras in the room, including a cake and bottle of fizz on my birthday 🎈☺️… which was a lovely touch .

PolandWaiting time for a lift is rather long. Not a big issue but sometimes it lasted 2-3 minutes. Location is a bit outside of the city center but with metro it can be quickly reached.
Facilities in the hotel are great (pools, sauna, gym). The fact that minibar was restocked daily was nice. The entire personnel was polite. The bed was comfy.

Even one of the elevators was patched with carton If you arrive by car, simply bad. you have to stop, flash your lights outside the hotel, then get. a ticket and drive around again to go down to -5 in the shopping mall around the corner. So basicallly what takes 2 minutes took over 15 minutes

SpainWe weren’t told that the items in the mini bar were complimentary. Very dark in the bathroom, no shaving mirror. Evacuate notice came on but rang reception and it was a fault. Breakfast was sparse, it was 30 minutes before end of service but finished items were not replenished.
Great room on 23rd floor with sea view. Bed was very large and comfortable. Very close to the metro and tram, next door to a large shopping center.

PolandNot very tasty coffee for breakfast. Unfortunately, the beds were not very comfortable, we had two single beds. You can hear the morning cleaning service in the room above your head. The morning scraping of furniture was bothersome. No drinking water in the rooms, I think this is already a global standard for a 4* hotel.
Hotel located away from the center but close to the metro, sea, beach and port with yachts. Its location is for those who want to rest from the crowds and visit the center of Barcelona. Hotel in the immediate vicinity of a large shopping mall, where you can eat and buy everything you need. Nice service, clean and very good cleaning service. Minimalist and very modern design. Nice lobby both on the ground floor and on the floors. Two swimming pools - the one on the roof with a beautiful view and sun loungers. I was in January so I did not use it despite the heated water. Breakfasts not very diverse but actually a little bit of everything. I recommend and use it :)
