Iranwe booked 2night in this hotel. they gave us room in 5 floor. 4 and 3 floor were under construction and from morning drilling so hard and it was on our brain. no kettle in room for tea or coffee an responsibility by reception. i really dont like this hotel.

I really enjoyed the stay in Barcelona Princess. Room was spacious, clean and comfortable and had a nice sea view Hotel is located pretty far from city centre, yet you can reach everything easily via any transport incl. public. You can enjoy swimming pools, have a good drink or food and most important sleep well, since bed was really comfy

Hotel was very modern and clean. Lovely friendly staff.. I booked this holiday for a mothers day present for my mam and we had a fantastic stay! On arrival the gentleman at reception gave my mam a voucher for a few drinks at the bar when he heard that it was a gift for my mum.. A lovely touch! Tram right outside, metro only a couple of mins away. Views from our room were fantastic! Pool was closed as it was out of season, but highly recommend!

United KingdomNo iron, no shampoo or conditioner, sauna out of use. All of these I would have expected from a 4* hotel! Room didn’t get made up during the day. Banging noises through the night, albeit we got moved very swiftly by a lovely staff member on reception. 2 single beds pushed into a double that were on wheels so kept moving apart!
Location very close to the metro line, easy to get into the centre. Staff nice.

Czech RepublicIt was very hot in the room even though the temperatures outside were pleasant because the room had a south-east window and it overheated during the day. The air conditioning was disconnected. At the reception, they told us that it won't get cold because it's not the summer season yet. The windows in the room cannot be opened even for ventilation and at night it was up to 27C in the room even though it was only 10-12C outside. I would expect better equipment and technological background from a 4* hotel. Overall, the equipment was very shabby and the quality of much of the work was more in line with hotels in Egypt - for example the ceiling tiling. The door to the toilet, which is only separated from the room by a glass wall, could not be closed. The room lacked hangers for damp and sweaty clothes. There is no kettle for tea or instant coffee in the room.
