Queues for elevators at peak times

Exceptionally helpful staff - printed documents at no additional charge; tremendous assistance to a colleague who fell ill & needed to be hospitalised (not due to any fault of hotel) & always fast to deal with any issues. Food at the 3rd floor restaurant is exceptionally good - superb chef. Bar staff friendly and a pleasure to talk to.

Not enough light in the rooms, bathroom is weird - it's not isolated from the room, so if you're not ready to listen to your significant other poo - look for something else :D

It is a shame the pool areas aren’t bigger, with more sunbeds. It was fine for the time of year though. Room does not have kettle or iron as they don’t provide them, however they do offer an ironing service . Lifts can be a bit slow to turn up and daughter found stairs too creepy!

Lovely views and in lift too making it a lot less tedious moving around with other guests. Enjoyed swimming in roof top pool, great to be able to do proper lengths aswell as take in the view. Lovely bar/restaurant Friendly helpful staff Food and cocktails fabulous. Complimentary soft drinks in mini bar was nice touch.

Very loud music every night could be easily heard from my room located on the 5th floor. I don't know though if it was related to the hotel itself or the surroudings.

There is no door to separate the bathroom and the bedroom and you cannot hang your clothes inside the shower cubicle. I find it weird to have a window that you can see from the room into the bathroom area even though there's a door for the shower/toilet. They should at least consider adding a blind for that small window.

The view of the sea from the room and the city view from the lift is amazing. The room is spacious. A big supermarket is right beside the hotel and the beach is only a few minutes walk away.

A great hotel for its price. Unlike other hotels of this price range it offers pretty large rooms. It would be better if the bathroom would be separated tho. The breakfast is diverse, with great selection of food. The stuff is friendly and helpful too.

I booked a room through booking.com. for some reason, the payment is not completed when booking and hotel sends a separate message and a link to transfer money. Not a good practice from cyber security perspective. They should do it in a more secure way. For example payment is done through booking.com entirely or in person before checking in.

Location is very good, staff are friendly and nice and facilities are good. I would say it is more than a 4 star hotel.

Nothing actually.

The hotel was so clean and comfortable. It is also near the beach, bus sation and metro just few steps away. It is next to diagonal mar shopping mall if you want a quick shopping before leaving barcelona. And the staff are so nice and approachable. We had so fun staying in their hotel, such a beautiful place.
